Connecting is a damn nuisance. Often turn the speaker on and struggle to get a connection. No other Bluetooth product has ever given me a problem, but Sonos does.

Not much information to help you. What kind of connection are you talking about… bluetooth or wifi? 
If it’s bluetooth, what device do you try to connect to Roam?

Not much information to help you. What kind of connection are you talking about… bluetooth or wifi? 
If it’s bluetooth, what device do you try to connect to Roam?
