Hi All,

 

I currently bought a Sonos Move 2, but having issues in use.. The speaker is charged (sitting most of the time on the charging ring).
However, once it went in sleepmode, it does not react anymore to power on.. I tried clicking on the on/off button, I tried putting it of and on the charging ring but to no end..

After trying 10ish minutes, most of the time the speaker suddenly turns on again… When it is turned off, the speaker is also not visible in my app..

Is this normal behavior?

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with your new Move 2. 

No, it is not normal behaviour. I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
