I’ve tried multiple times to connect my Beam with the One’s Pair but no success.Beam is connected with a ethernet cable and to TV with HDMI. One’s are in a Stereo Pair on Sonos Wireless. When i try to set up the surround on Beam I get  the message that no products were found.Diagnostic number: 1473272352

Is there a current bug or issue in the firmware / OS that does not allow non-wired devices to reconnect after a network outage without a power cycle? This has never been the case and I am seeing it with both older Play:1s and new One SLs as well as a Five.

I have an Arc connected to 1 Samsung TV in the living room. I have added a 2nd TV to bedroom. So far it is only TV speakers.  I would like to add a sound bar the the bedroom TV and add a speaker to a small 12x12 sitting area.  My goal is for each to be in the play the same music, but the 2 TVs be independent when watching TV.  I also am looking to connect a turntable and CD player fro music. I have a mesh wireless network.

I’m trying to connect a Gen 3 Sub to a Beam unit wirelessly and I keep getting the same error. Unable to connect. I was able to connect the system using Ethernet cables but I cannot keep those connected since the Ethernet ports are in separate rooms so I need to be able to connect wirelessly. When I use wireless I’m able to add the sub and connect to my WiFi but when I try to add it to add it to the beam I get the error stating “There was a problem adding your Sub. Check the network connection and make sure your product is powered on.” How can I fix this issue?

My original setup was two Sonos Amps, one configured as Front TV speakers and the other as Rear Surrounds.Yesterday I bought the Sonos Arc and wanted to keep the original configuration the same but add the Sonos Arc so I would get a better listening experience with more audio coming from the center. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a way to configure it that way.I tried removing all components from the system and started from scratch. If I add the Sonos Arc first, the only option is to add one of the Sonos Amps as surrounds. There is no option to configure it as front TV speakers. If I add the Sonos Amp first, I can configure it as front TV speakers but then I can’t add the Sonos Arc to the system. Why do I care if the Sonos Arc provides great audio up front that actually gives me the left and right like the Sonos Amp does? For me the answer is simple. If I use the Arc for the front and configure the Amp for rear surrounds, the subwoofer output of the Amp is disabled and there

Hi all--I’ve got Sonos all throughout my home. 9 Play Ones, 2 Subs, and a Playbar in total. Overall everything works perfectly well, except for my “Living Room”. In that room, I’ve got 2 Sonos Ones and a Sub. I’ve noticed that it sounds very tinny and lacks bass when I play music. I check the app, and there are no issues. However, the Sub is not playing! Here are the things I’ve tried:Remove the Sub through the app, then re-add it via the app. This generally works but I have to do this every single time I start playing anything to “Living Room” Un-plug it for 10 seconds and plug it back in. Sometimes this makes the Sub start working too. Un-plug it and press the join button while plugging back in, and re-adding it as a new speaker to “Living Room”. This takes 5-10 minutes but seems to work until the next time I play music Called customer support. She ran a diagnostic and said it shows that the speaker is playing, when it is definitely not. It’s quite obvious when the Sub is playing, as

I have a Beam connected to my TV and wanted to use a Connect:Amp to connect some speakers in the roof as surround sound. The Sonos support website says:https://support.sonos.com/s/article/2237?language=en_US Your home theater speaker and Connect:Amp must be wired in one of the following configurations:Both the Sonos home theater speaker and Connect:Amp are wired to the router with an Ethernet cable.   The Sonos home theater speaker is wired to the Connect:Amp with an Ethernet cable and another Sonos product is wired to the router. I have a Boost plugged into my router and everything is in Boost mode (wm 0). I connected the Connect:Amp to the Beam with an ethernet cable. When I try to set the Amp as surround sound in the app it says Both Beam and Connect:Amp must be connected to the router with an Ethernet cable I called the support number, and they also told me that either both have to be connected to the router, or one of the Connect:Amp or the Beam must be connected. It’s not ok to h

Hello all!I am very new here. My boss tasked me with replacing our old wired speaker system from our old building to a new audio system when we moved into our new building.Sonos seemed like the only choice to have speaker that had the power, utilized wifi, and could all be controlled from one device. Here I am, sitting on $1k of speakers cluttering my desk and my boss is wondering why it is taking so long lol.So, I have tried setting them up through the app and I get to the part where I am supposed to connect the speaker to the wifi. The app says that the product was added, but I might have to re-open the app or unplug/plug in the speaker to see it in my “System”. I have tried this many times and the “System” option remains light grey with no products appearing for use on the app.I think there might be an issue with the speakers not actually connecting to the wifi but it says that it does. Unfortunately, I work in the office with 15 other people, so I can’t go around resetting the route

I’ve been pulling my hair out trying to get these to stereo pair.  Have reset them, have renamed them, have reinstalled my app several times.  Nothing works.  :(I have a One and a One SL.  When I’m in the system and try to pair them it seems to be going ok...until it gets to where one speaker makes a sound and I get the prompt:Facing the front of your Sonos One SLs, tap the image below that matches the speaker playing the chime….and the Continue prompt is greyed out with no images below or ability to accept/click.  It’s almost as if the app isn’t fully loading the option.I need these to be paired.Am I missing something?  Like- you can only pair a One with another exact One?  Not a One SL?

Hello ,Still trying to resolve set up with my New Beam.    Its an older Samsung Model TV.  HDMI ports don’t support ARC.    I had issues getting my older Playbar to work, but was able to finally get the optical port to work on the TV.     Now, I have moved the older TV downstairs and trying to hook up a BEAM with it (smaller space) and can’t get the optical adapter to work.    Makes me think the optical port on the TV was bad.   Any ideas how I can bypass this?  Could the Optical port on my Sumsung TV be a different size that the adapter sent by Sonos?    Airgetlam, hoping you might weigh in.     Thank you, Mark

Only just bought this TV. I’ve had an issue with the TV where it wouldn’t turn on so Sony have replaced  the motherboard but now I cannot get the eARC to connect to the Arc, before it went wrong all was fine. Currently connected via Optical so I know the cables work - error message the TV was showing is ‘TV speakers active due to Audio system communication failure’. Up to date firmware on everything. Unplugged everything and re-started correctly, I have a Beam which also has an issue connecting to the eARC so I am presuming it is the TV but seeing if anyone else has this comparability issue & any ideas? Many thanks in advance

I got the new LG 65CX tv and sonos arc sound bar last July I’m having issues sometimes of losing sound from my sonos arc when I change over the channels on my sky Q box or even when I watch Netflix or the RTÉ player, the sound will eventually come back after 30 seconds or even longer sometimes, I have got on to LG but they are giving me the run around for the last 3 months asking me the same questions and that they are looking into it.

I’ve had the same sound setup for three years now. One Playbase, one Sub(gen2) and two Ones(gen1) for surround. A few days ago I suddenly discovered that the surrounds and the sub no longer works with tv or music. They are connected to each other in the app (S1). But wont start playing anything. I’ve tried a lot of different scenarios from what I’ve read about in this forum and elsewhere. A few things i’ve tried:Reset the sub, and the two ones and add them again. But they still won’t work. Reset the whole setup with the Playbase, surrounds and sub to set ut up again, but it didn’t work. Reboot the router and all speakers and that didn’t solve the problem either.I can control them all in the app like for e.g. turn off status lights but I can’t control the sound at all. It’s like they’re all connected but just not sounding.Anyone who’s experienced the same issue?

Purchased a new 65” Sony Bravia A9G Master Series…….and I am trying to integrate it with:Comast Xfinity X1 Cable Box + Remote Sonos Playbase with Digital Optical Sound CableFirst off, it is a maddening dumpster fire of an effort to understand how to get the Playbase and the Sony TV audio volume to work together either with the Sony remote or the Comcast remote. The main issue is how to please my demanding wife  who is roasting me daily (475 degrees until crispy) who wants a single remote to control both audio and cable box that is fully synchronized. I don’t how I did it, but I got the Sony remote to control everything on the Comcast cable box EXCEPT for the Sonos Playbase volume. Numerous attempts to pair the Sony remote for Sony TV volume control to the Sonos Playbase failed; however, was able to pair the Comcast remote to the Sonos Playbase. In this scenario, demanding wife has to use two remotes. The volume up/down is with the Comcast remote does not seem to track properly, so you c

Just about ready to return this useless product. I’ve followed the set up instructions but no joy. Is this product just ****? Regretting this purchase. Maybe Bose?   *Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the community guidelines.*

At night I switch to use Bluetooth headphones but the Q90T always switches audio back to HDMI/eARC

I have  a beam, sub and (2) one sl.  (delivered yesterday) after many hrs finally got everything running.  Today decided to move the one’s to different location in same room.  Have rebooted everything several times, deleted and reinstalled app several times. Have the beam, sub and left one sl registered but cannot register the right one sl now get message “not registered”.  Click the wrench icon goes to “confirm your product”.  Clicked “link to my account” and says “account update complete”.  Click “done” and goes back to One SL  (right) not registered.  Have gone thru the cycle several time with same results.  I’m beginning to think buying this was not a good move.

New to Sonos, just purchased SONOS SE. I connect to my Internet modem via a wired connection. Is there a simple way to reconnect if the modem loses power and reboots?I had to unplug/replug the Arc to get it to reconnect. I could not figure a way to reconnect using the app.

Hello, I have just bought Sonos Beam. In Mediamarkt says has Bluetooth but I can't connect with Android TV Box by Bluetooth.  Help!!! Thanks in advance

Hey folks,so I got my Sonos Beam hooked up with 2 PlayOne's + 1 Sub. Unfortunately surround sound does not seem to be working. Here is what I've done so far:- Tried my AV-Receiver and a connection over both TosLink + HDMI ARC- Tried my PC's soundcard over TosLink (card is 5.1 enabled)- making sure the source is actually 5.1 (tested netflix / youtube / BlueRay videos)- Sonos S2 App alyways says: PCM Stereo 2.0 I don't get why? Any ideas? Cheers!

Hi, I just bought a beam. Unfortunately when I go to pair my surrounds they do not appear while searching. Unfortunately my arc hdmi was not detected either so have had to use optical output. Is this why I can’t pair my surrounds?

Hi, I have the arc with a sub and two One SL’s as a surround set up. The rear left speaker has been really glitchy. It either drops sound or belts out bits at high volume intermittently. It performs well when it’s disconnected from the arc, either as a standalone or connected in stereo with the other satellite. Software is all up to date. Can anyone help?

I set up my Beam, Sub and two One SL’s and the app worked great, once I used my tv through HDMI ARC the app no longer connects?  The only way I have been able to fix it is but completely resetting everything, other options or corrections?

I have a Sonos Bridge with 3 existing Sonos products Play 5 (Gen 1), Play 3, and Play 1. It has been working fine for many many years.I have just purchased a new Sonos One SL and want to add it to the network. I have followed all the prompts including a reset and the closest I have reached to connecting it is that it shows the device is when it is connected via Ethernet cable and in the sonos app it asks to connect the Play 1 but holding the Play/Pause and Volume up button at the same time.  As the Sonos One SL does not have these buttons I have tried every combination of the buttons on the device with no result.Appreciate any thoughts anyone has.

I own a Sony Bravia KD -65XF9005I have just bought a Sonos Arc and a pair of Sonos One SL.I mainly watch movies on Netflix with the subscription that provides 4K and Atmos on Selected movies. When playing such movies, I do not get the Dolby Atmos information on the Sonos App.On supposively Atmos movies when looking at the Sonos Arc details it show Dolby Digital Plus and sometimes PCM 2.0Is there something that I have missed or is it a TV limitation, which mean I never be able to benefit from Atmos?BTW, by “safety” I have installed a high speed HDMI cable Thanks for your help.
