Just about ready to return this useless product. I’ve followed the set up instructions but no joy. Is this product just ****? Regretting this purchase. Maybe Bose?

By all means try Bose instead. As you give no useful information nobody on here can help you.


Pure speculation, but my money is on the Beam is not connected to a port on the TV that is labeled ARC...or CEC isn’t turned on. 


It’s for sure in the ARC port


Same issue , I need some responsiveness from Sonos on this 


You need to give more information about what is happening if you want help. 


Sure John B. However, I discovered that after multiple efforts troubleshooting,  a Non-Sonos HDMI was plugged into the tv. Once I replaced it with the Sonos hdmi cord, the in-app setup took 10 seconds.
