I’ve been using Sonos for about five years now. Unfortunately, I had to delete the app this morning to get my Spotify to work with my other bluetooth devices like headphones and my Wiim Player.This worked. But now, I don’t want to sign into my Sonos again. It constantly hijacks the connection and doesn’t let go.This has been happening for over a year. My WiiM player never does anything like this. I guess I’ll be sticking with WiiM, until I find an answer. It takes way too long to keep deleting the Sonos app and reinstalling. My friends are having issues with simplicity too. I’m starting to regret recommending Sonos to friends.

On my Sonos app on my iPhone, my Apple Music account in my name has been added.  On my wife’s iPad registered in her name, using the Sonos app registered in my name, it doesn’t want to allow her to use my Apple Music account, so she set up her own account, even though she doesn’t use Apple Music otherwise, so it’s a waste of money.  I can’t figure out how to add my Apple Music account to the Sonos account in my name to her iPad.  That’s where we can use some help.  Thank you.

Whenever I turn on the speaker(s) and connect via AirPlay, my music always stutters.However, if I play a song for about a minute via Spotify Connect and then switch to AirPlay, everything works fine.I experience this issue regardless of which iPhone, iPad, or Mac I use.The speakers are, of course, up to date, just like my Apple devices.

Hello all,i just brought my Sonos back to life.i replaced as well several capacitors on the board.my concerns are about the 5 (820uF 35 V) caps.i replaced them all , but in normal use, or Even in standby they reach temperatures around 55 degrease.is this a normal situation or is there still some fault ? what do you think? happy to get some feedback from you all :-)

Why does the sonos app keep dropping one of my connects so I can't see it i  the app, even though I can see it in Spotify connect and play music to it?Any ideas to save me from resetting it all the time and connecting it as a new device?  Im an android user.Thanks Sonos Community

My Move won't enter Bluetooth pairing mode when I press the Bluetooth button on rear. I do hear the tone, but no blinking blue light and it doesn't show in my available devices list. It worked fine until I added eeros wifi ext devices to my existing system. I also have 2 Arcs & 2 Subs, connected to same network,  working fine. Any ideas? Thx! Steve

When I play long DJ sets from Youtube Music, it always skips to next after a while (typically 10-20 minutes into the track). I have tried removing YT from Sonos services and adding it back in (this trick usually works with Soundcloud), but the issue persists. Any ideas?

I can't use YouTube Music in my Sonos app. Nothing shows up in the app, totally blank. I've installed the app multiple times, relinked my accounts, restarted the router and so on. Searched the forums and web, no answer. Am I doomed here?

I have four rooms in my Sonos ecosystem. Living Room (Beam Gen 2 and Sub Mini with HDMI connection to TV), Media Room (Arc with HDMI connection to TV, Sub Gen 3, and 2 Era 300 as surrounds), Sonos Pair (of Play:1’s) and a Sonos Move. Often when I use the Sonos App the active room is the Living Room. I want to play something in the Media Room. When I deselect Living Room, select Media room, and hit Apply, the playback is correctly set to the Media Room, but the Living Room goes silent. Since my wife is often watching TV in the Living Room when this happens, it causes her some consternation. To resolve this she has to turn up the TV volume (which controls the Sonos system via eArc). Am I doing something wrong?

how to connect sonos app to sonos speakers and any brand speakers

I have two complete Mag6.1 systems.  I was told by Bestbuy tech support that I would be able to combine the 2 systems.  Can anyone guide me on how a can do this?  Or do I install both systems separately and somehow sync them in the Sonos amp?

Hi There, today morning, suddenly Spotify is quiet. Spotify app shows it is playing though (and it works with bluetooth speaker), but no sound. SONOS app can play radio, but not spotify.Anyone else and is there a solution? I repeatedly restartet the SONOS speakers, but didnt’t help.

After doing rverything suggested in wifi section and having latest ubuquity routers snd access points… Still, my symfonisk nisk is having bad days, where application claims to have lost connection to source (Swedish radio). Not problem with that source or any other, like Apple Music, but only when played through my Sonos and only some days. Is there some Sinos server involved that causes these drops??

Is the ere any possibility of Sonos changing to a more granular eq for their amp, I rely on the amps and B&W 8’s and I find the current equalizer not up to taking advantage of this setup

Whenever I launch Destiny 2 I get a distortion pop. Audio shows Atmos, but if I go outside the game(the Home Screen or store) while playing I lose audio or it lowers to barely audible.

One of my Move ( not Move 2 ) speakers has an alternating orange / white status light.  This Move is part of a stereo pair.  Both speakers reside on the charging ring when not used outdoors.  The charging light is not lit indicating a full charge.  Looking in the app both Move speakers show and are fully charged.  Both Move speakers are on build 76070.  Turning the faulty Move off then back on does not change the status light issue.  No sound from offending Move.I will go through the process of calling Sonos and if recommended send a diagnostics.  Just thought it would be good to check with the community first. EDIT:  Just went back into the room where the Move stereo pair resides.  The status light is now solid white as it should be.  Head scratcher.  Hopefully is stays that way.

Relatively new sonos user. I have a home system with 2 zones of hardwired speakers driven by sonos amplifiers. Just added 3 x Move 2 speakers that I will place in various rooms for regular use and frequently use as a group of 3 for sound on a patio area that has good wifi reception (same network). The move speakers work well individually indoors and outside and also work fine when grouped with one of the amplifiers / hardwired speakers. When I try to group a Move 2 speaker with another Move 2 speaker, it works for a few seconds, then the audio only comes from one of the Move 2 speakers, even though the app shows additional move 2 speakers are still connected and playing audio. The entire use case for the Move 2 is based on using as a group of 3 outside, so I want this to work reliably. 

We're building a new media wall unit, and am planning to buy an Arc Ultra for below the TV.Have I got enough space around the speaker for it to work, or am I going to have limited side firing speaker benefits if going into the side of a unit.Am I also better trying to have more space above the speaker between it and the TV also
