Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

Hi, I have a pair of 3s and a bridge, my original purchase from end of 2011. They still work well, I have them cabled in. It seems to be harder now to get music out of them with the v1 app . No Amazon, no other options, just Apple and that's now seeking reauthoisation. Not game to upgrade, v2 gave me a problems back whenever, luckily I had the v1 install file. V3 sounds like it might lose my 3s. Is it over? Do I need to shop elsewhere?

After the update our Play 3 continues to work with both radio and music streaming but our connect does not work with either. The Connect links our amp to 2 non Sonos speakers. Any suggestions on how to re-connect the non-connecting Connect?

Hello, I have a problem with a SONOS ONE SL speaker, it has been working very well for 2 years.This morning, I played music on it without any problem. This evening, I noticed that it is off. I change the socket 3 times, it no longer turns on. What is the solution? Chat support is very bad and the phone never answers!Thank you for helping me.

Our iOS Sonos Application is on Sonos OS = S2; Build: 80.07.03+20240819.7fd7da0ddIt looks like the Sonos Amps are on Build: 80.1-56190I’ve already done a “check for updates” and my system is up to date. We continue to experience MASSIVE issues...to the point that it is unlistenable. The start up of music takes a bit of time, then when it starts, it is playing in whatever rooms it wants to and not the ones we’ve selected. It will play intermittently, then be okay for a while, then go back to its odd behavior. These issues started happening when Sonos rolled out their big update. When will these issues actually be fixed? Super frustrating and makes a system we spent several thousand dollars on a waste of money.

I recently upgraded a device from a connect amp to a new Sonos amp.  The old one still shows up as not connected.  How do I delete this old one from still showing up on the app?

Soundbar connected too skyq but how can I connect with firestick as well.Firesticki only gets sound from tv speakers. 

I have had a Playbase connected to a Sony Bravia OLED. My TV source was an Nvidia Shield. I rarely had audio sync issues until I replaced the Nvidia Shield with an Onn Google TV 4K Pro streamer. If we’re watching YouTube TV, for example, and turn the TV off, the next time we turn it on the audio is out of sync. It seems to happen less if we stop the audio before we turn the TV off. When the problem is noticed, turning the TV off and on again fixes the issue every time. I just replaced the Onn box with the new Google TV Streamer and it has the same issue. I haven’t tried putting the Nvidia Shield back to see if that fixes it but I have tried different audio setting on the TV without success.Looking for ideas, please!

I'm attempting to add two Play 3's to my existing system that currently has two Play 1's. When adding the speaker through the app, it finds the Play 3's, and says it needs to create a temporary network to add the components. After joining the temporary network, both speakers fail to play the 'chime' or don't reflect the designated button is being pushed as an alternate connecting mode. I’m currently using S2 with mobile internet (TMobile) without issues in the current system. Suggestions? Or what further information is needed to help trouble-shoot?

What music service, supported by Sonos, will allow music to be streamed from international Radio stations from UK?Tried Tune-In etc, but recent changes appear to have shut down international stations .Any music services that work ?

After changing my phone from 13 mini to 16 yesterday, the app can’t find my Sonos system on network. Rooter reboot and iPhone reboot have done but it doesn’t work. And re install of application doesn’t work either. Does anyone happen same thing and know a solution?

Recently changed to a new wifi, after connecting my Sonos beam and move to the new wifi it doesn’t work with airplay anymore? Any kind souls can assist here please? Your help is greatly appreciated. I’m out shopping for new speakers anyway 

Ok I have setup a sonos app after 7ish years. So I'll start music and it will play but I'll leave the app to something else on my phone. If I go back to sonos app it might be saying it's still playing the song from 30 mins ago when the speaker has kept moving down the queue. Also the volume doesn't work at this point. I have to force close on my phone then reopen and it'll work fine. It's been this way always having to close the app every time I come back and when i do that it needs to reload taking 30 secondsto connectto my system. All while the system us working just fine and it plays music as its suppose to. Any one have a solution or is the new normal for sonos anymore?

I purchased a home last year that speakers and volume knobs in each room.  The amp was trash so I upgraded it to a Sonos Amp and everything is perfect.  I also added a Move to my system which is great with the outdoor speakers on the amp.  I have a TV in a shadowbox and I would like to be able to put the volume through the amp and move.  The amp is hardwired way too far away and there isnt enough room in the shadowbox for the arc.  Any suggestions on how I could do this? 

I use my Huawei phone to listen the music, and i use Sonos for many years with many systems, but from the last update it does not play any music in Apple or Tidal, you can see the library, choose the track and afterwards is nothing, just stuck. Hello everyone i have some issues with my sub today we cleaning the house so i turned off my sub and all sound system  and after wild I turned back on my sub not working i  spend almost 3 hr to fix i try  but still not working i need help 

I have arc sub and 2 era 300. Are well put in the room ? Maybe era 300 too kutch hight? I use for games and Dolby Atmos film and music. Better to use era 100 as surround and use era 300 in another room? And do you suggest to put a second subwoofer? Thanks in advance ..any suggestion is appreciated  

I have had this problem in the past (using a CONNECT), don’t recall how it got resolved; but it’s back.  I now have a PORT that is getting RCA inputs from my Cable Box so I can listen to TV broadcasts around the house.  The last two days, I’m getting continuous drop outs of  audio on my Play:3  (literally plays for seconds and drops out for seconds, rinse & repeat).  I haven’t tried other SONOS devices, but I know at least two weeks ago, I had no problem using my Move for this same function.

I have a Beam + Sub in my living room. I also have a Five that i dont use anymore. Has anyone connected this together with the beam and the sub to play stereo together with the sub?

Hi ! I own one Arc and two Eras 300.I use all of them as a group and when I try to hear the sound of a movie in Netflix ( like a home Theater)  the sound is making small but very frequent and annoying cuttings.Althought when I use all this group as a music sound via YouTube music, I have no problems.what is going on?  thanks a lot!  

Hola buenas noches tengo una era 300 una  sonos  beam Gem 2 y un sub mini la beam 2  y el sub mini se sincronizan  bien pero la era 300 no me refiero que al poner una película se escucha doble sonido no se sincronizan pero cuando se pone música por medio de la app de Sonos si se escucha una solo voz alguien también me podría ayudar y tampoco en la era no me sale el dobly atmos me refiero que no lo percibo , necesito ayuda  Hello, good evening, I have an era 300, a sonos beam Gem 2 and a sub mini, the beam 2 and the sub mini synchronize well but the era 300 I don't mean that when you put on a movie you hear double sound they don't synchronize but when you put on music through the Sonos app if you hear only one voice someone could also help me and neither in the era I don't get the dobly atmos I mean I don't perceive it, I need help 

Hello there,with Sonos version 80.1-56190 the volume of Calm streaming service is close to muted. I disabled the limiter and can play with max volume. After enabling the limiter (80%) I can barely hear anything.Sonos Radio or Deezer are not affected.Feels like Calm has a different scaling of the limiter.Switching between services forces me to adjust the volume.Equalizer is default and loudness is disabled.Thanks in advance fo any tips.

I have a Sonos beam (gen 2) and two era 100 speakers connected to a Samsung Frame tv.  I want the Sonos system almost exclusively for my tv; however, every time I open the app, the audio is connected to music instead of the tv.  It takes all kinds of gymnastics to get the system to work with the tv.  I want the app to automatically pull up the tv audio.  Currently, music is listed as my services, and they take precedent over the TV which is listed as “your sources”.  How can I make an adjustment to have the tv be the primary connection to the sonos system?

Whenever my Sceptre TV powers down the connection to the TV volume is lost. I can still play music but when I turn the television back on, there’s no sound on the television. Amazon Alexa is controlling the equipment, including the television and Beam.  Sometimes when I reset up the equipment control I can get tv sound to come back, but sometimes that doesn’t work either. Unfortunately, theres no option to keep tv from powering down when Firetv Cube powers down. Any suggestions besides buying a new tv? It’s only a couple of years old. Thank you!
