So I’ve got a pretty consistent problem with my new setup. Sound tends to pulse. Like half a second every second. It does this for a bit, then seems ok, then does it some more.
It sounds like sound is shifting back and forth between Arc and Era surrounds.
Super annoying.
Any ideas?
I’m not seeing the issue personally, but if you are able to reproduce the issue(s) seen/heard after power-cycling your TV/Home Theatre components, then go onto immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to help you to resolve the matter.
