Is it possible to use a remote control when move is connected to my tv via Bluetooth as the tv remote doesn’t alter the volume and I have to manually adjust or is there another way to connect to my tv

The remote would be connected to your TV, not the Sonos Move. There is no third party ‘remote’ that connects to the Move directly, and the Move has no IR receiver in it.
