Hi, this is 2024-12-15, I'm wondering if the Ikea remote control symfonisk and hub dirigera works with Sonos speakers that are not bought at Ikea. Would like to have the function press a button and start a sonos favorite. (I can tell google and it works variably). Really like the old way of pressing a button. So my main question is can I start a sonos favorite with ikea symfonisk?

Yes, the IKEA Symfonisk remotes can be assigned to any Sonos speaker. I currently use them on a Roam 2, pair of Move 2, pair of Fives and pair of Era 100s. The remotes also have 2 shortcut buttons where you can select a playlist or radio station.
