Sonos doesn’t authorize repair centers. If you’re willing to look up unauthorized repairs, I’d suggest a web search, you won’t find any references on this Sonos sponsored site.
Call Support as a first step, if you mess about with it your warranty, if any, and any out of warranty “sympathy” discount on a replacement will evaporate.
They are ‘Player 1’ so an old model now - don’t think there will be any warranty
Maybe still a discount, worth a call.
Used Play 1s are available on ebay and such.
