Controllers and Music services

I am unable to seach via artist in both classic and new search. I can seach when in songs and albums however. ANy thoughts? 

Artist, regardless of artist, is not showing results from Spotify. And, the new search pulls zero results despite saying all services are operational. Please advise. 

I’m encountering a weird user experience when using Spotify connect through phoneI am using a hearing aid that is bluetooth connected to my phone I start a song on Spotify on my phone, then send it to my Sonos to play I often leave the room, and thus my bluetooth connection would be interrupted. This is not the issue, as the song will keep playing on my Sonos But when I came back to my room, and my hearing aids got connected again, Spotify will then switch back to my hearing aid, and thus the song will stop playing on my Sonos.Not sure if this is a Spotify issue or Sonos issue? 

HiMy music library is stored on a Synology DS220+ NAS and I use iTunes on my Windows PC to manage my music and my playlists are created in iTunes.When accessing the music library in the SONOS app, amongst other links, there is an ‘Imported Playlists’ link that takes me to a list of my playlists that have been created in iTunes.In amongst my playlists, I can see a link called ‘Downloaded’ and another called ‘Purchased’ and these don’t appear in the iTunes app or on my NAS.Both links seem to contain my whole music collection but I don't know why they are there, what they are for and also, if they can affect the limitations on the number of tracks SONOS can handle.  My collection is about 35,000 tracks in total.Can anybody advise why I can see these playlists and also if I can remove them?

I have searched past topics but have not found an exact match for my problem. Like many others, I used to play music located “on this device” (Android phone) over my Sonos network. Everything was working until a recent Sonos app update where they removed that option. I was annoyed but saw that it was still showing my PC on the available list. I have my music folders on the PC set to be seen and accessed on the network. So I tried going that route on the Sonos app. I asked it to select all artists which it dutifully did. Great, so far. I selected an album from an artist, it shows the tracks, and plays them. I’m thinking, okay, my PC is on most of the time anyway so I’ll just use that instead.Well not so fast. There are a couple of artists that I really like and had ripped their CDs as FLAC files using EAC. Those files show up in the Sonos app but when I try to play them, I get the  message, “An error occurred while adding tracks to the Queue (701).” I am stumped. All of my other music,

I have 1 sonos one a100 and 2 sonos play:1 can i airplay to the sonos one and get it to play through the play;1’s aswell??

I don’t appear to be able to add You Tube Music as a Service on Sonos 2 appI have tried lots of variations of set up account names etc and all I get when I your to connect to You Tube Music is “no selections are available”Please could someone help me

Hello.I’ve searched and read the forum and it could well be the case that I have tied myself in knots overthinking this problem, or it is as difficult as it seems :-)  Either way any help and assistance would be welcome.I have an S1 system with 5 x One’s, an Amp and a Connect with 4 unique users (1 Generic Sonos and 3 humans), several Google hubs and Amazon Echo devices.  Spotify account is a 5 user family account. My first issue is how do I assign unique users to unique Sonos units using their own login’s to Sonos with Spotify running on their account only with the communal units running a Sonos dedicated Spotify account. My second issue is how Sonos and Spotify playback can be handled by either Google or Amazon devices connected to a particular users Google / Amazon login and unique Sonos unit. Here is what I would like to achieve:Sonos unit 1 - AMP - in communal area using generic Sonos account and Sonos specific Spotify account set as default player for Google device Sonos unit 2 -

Je ne veux pas enclencher mon PC ou m’inscrire sur un cloud quelconque pour écouter ma musique. Est-il possible de télécharger une ancienne version de l’application Sonos qui était parfaite?Est-il possible d’utiliser une autre application pour écouter ma musique stockée sur Android?Pourquoi remplacer une version qui fonctionnait bien par une version plus limitée? C’est dommage, j’étais content de Sonos jusqu’à ce jour.Cordialement.

I am using the Sonos controller on my iMac M1 chip using Ventura 13.4 software.  When I am scrolling down music on the right of the app using the mouse, the left and right swipe gesture is so sensitive it moves back and forward between windows in the app.I have turned off the swipe gesture in the Settings for the mouse in system preferences however the Sonos app seems to be overruling this.  It is SO annoying!  Anyone any idea how to turn it off?

 I have replaced brokern NAS with new one put on same ip address but all the links are wrong is there a way to edit path of links in sonos playlist?

Everywhere!”So why is there no Sonos service for this wealth of content .. that you’ve already paid for through taxes?I guess it’s just ‘cause people don’t realize how much content is sitting right there waiting for them to get a library card.There’s a closed topic from a few years ago, but this should not require a TV or a Beam or … People are still struggling for years to get Libby Overdrive to work … for audiobooks. Libby doesn’t support music streaming.Anyone have a way to add hoopla digital as a sonos service?

Hello, I think it must have been the last update?My volume control on my mobile app has changed feedback. Before, when I slide it. it would click for each number up or down. Now I have no clicks and the volume does not change until I stop sliding or let go.I prefer the old method, I found it more positive and it gave a sense of quality. Anyone else? Simon

Hi. I recently changed my router and now my Sonos account looks like this. Tried removing the app but that doesn’t work. Both my products are still registered when I look at my account online. All tutorials for connecting to a new router require access to my system on the app which I am unable to do😩 Help!!! Thanks 

After updating to Ventura 13.4, the Sonos controller cannot connect to the library.. have tried reinstalling the app and removing the lib but fails when connecting to the app stating the computer refused to let Sonos access the folder ...

I have an Era 300 connected via Wi-Fi, AirPlay and Bluetooth and controlled by my iPad.Considering changing my iPad.As in the past, I’ll use my Mac to backup my old iPad and then transfer content to my new iPad.Will my Era 300 just work again after I change iPad or is there something I need to perform on my new iPad/app/Speaker to get it to work again? Thanks in advance…. 

When I try to access my Apple Music I am getting a message that says it can’t be reauthorized until one or more of my Sonos products is updated. What does this mean?I have Sonos One speakers and a Sonos Sound Bar,  I can access Pandora and Amazon Music but not Apple. 

Sonos App has stopped searchin Spotify.  Both Sonos and Spotify are “working” -- i can play spotify content from within Sonos -- but I cannot seach from within Sonos.  I have (soft) repooted the speakers, rebooted my phone and removed and then readded the service,  None worked.

(je ne le trouve plus non plus dans la liste des services proposés par l'application...) Et quand je passe par l'application Spotify, je vois mes enceintes apparaître mais quand je cherche à envoyer la musique dessus, ça ne fonctionne pas...Auriez-vous des conseils?

It seems the integration with Radioplayer is broken again  1. The radio stations that I have added to my homescreen in the past do not start anymore clicking on them 2. Searching for radiostations in the old search do not include Radioplayer stations anymore 3. Searching for radio stations in the new search state that Radioplayer is not responding. The service status page does not mention any issue, which is obviously wrong.  

recently when using Deezer, each time a song ends/begins at least one speaker stops working and starts again about 10-15 seconds into the song.whe I try to disconnect a speaker from the group, it freezes and continues to show all speakers as connected. I have reauthorised deezer, cleared data and cache, rebooted the router, and reinstalled the app but nothing works.

VERY FRUSTRATING.  ALL API ACCES S AND EMAIL IS RIGHT - ALTHOUGH ITS NOT PULLING IN MY YOUTUBE PLAY LIST. 

Hi Sonos,i just upgraded to 15.5 and found out that Sonos solved the slider sync issues with a very cheap way removing the micro ticks when moving the sliders. Now I need to release the slider before I get a change applied to the speaker. The only slider which still has the ticks is the volume slider. What is going on Sonos? I expect that moving a slider immediately is getting applied to the speaker like in the past. Please fix immediately!!!!!!!
