I have an updated (current version) of sonos on my HP desktop and on my I phone. I have been trying to add my Apple I-Tunes library to my desktop Sonos app and I cannot make it connect and work.

Have been having no luck connecting to Audible through sonos for a few days now.  On Android, started getting “unable to browse music - there was a problem connecting to Audible” errors whenever I tried to view the audible library through sonos.  Audible app was working fine on the phone, no network issues, sonos devices connected wired to router, other streaming services playing with no issues. Tried reauthorising the audible service through the sonos interface, would get a series of errors:“Check your network connection.  There was a problem getting started.  Please check your network connection, then try again.  If the problem persists and your network connection is working, please try again later” Would click “try again” multiple times, eventually the app would kick through to a chrome window, again internet fine, wifi fine, other apps working fine, other sites loading fine and streaming still working, and i’d get a connection error in chrome when trying to go to a na.account.amazo

It's actually unbelievable.I've never not had issues with it. From the app failing to open properly or update or connect to the Internet, to not being able to find items. Now I'm trying to add a sub and it tells me it can't verify the app that I updated within the last week. There is literally always something going wrong. Do you even have a UX team? Sack them all if so

Seems WD has changed its settings and unlike earlier, cannot be added via “Services” and now has to be added via “Music Library” and the path defined. Been at it for a while but no success.Anyone else facing this issue. FYI, IM using a Sonos Connect and S1. Accessing via MAC OS and iPhone. Cheers Shah

Sonos has stopped working with my Western direct nas drive which has my music on I cannot connect 

no place to password the user name of the WIFII lived in a flatform, using the public WIFI. However, i failed to find how to connect the sonos connection amp to the public WIFI

When I flick off the Sonos app on Android I want it to close. Instead I get this useless notification that says something like -- stopping the app will may interrupt playback notifications. And that notification is persistent (can't be flicked off).This makes me suspicious the Sonos app is running in the background monitoring my activity.How can I close Sonos and have it be inactive like a well behaved app (aside from doing a Fore Stop)?

I have experienced deteriorating performance on my system, especially bad this past week with sonos not being able to connect with spotify, and losing connection to my system … both on apple and samsung products. This has not been such an issue before. An occasional glip i can forgive, but this is getting on my nerves now 😡

I am the main account holder, when on the sono app, when I search for a specific song, it doesn't play it, it selects artist of similar kind or same atlrtiwt but didn't song. This feature I expect if it was someone in my household sharing my account as a 2nd person but not the main account holder. Being the bill payer I expect to be able to play what I want. Any help appreciated 

Buongiorno,ho un problema con il sistema SONOS, da qualche tempo quando chiedo lo streaming di una stazione radio questa viene riprodotta per un paio di minuti, poi il diffusore va in standby.Non ci sono timer attivati, mentre se chiedo una playlist qualsiasi la riproduzione prosegue a tempo indeterminato fino a quando decido io di chiuderla.Vorrei poter fare lo stesso anche con lo streaming radio.Ho pensato che potesse essere un problema di streaming ma con il PC la riproduzione è regolare, il problema esiste solo con i diffusori Sonos.Potreste gentilmente aiutarmi a risolvere questo problema?

So I've been an avid Pandora user for decades. Now that I've gone 100% Sonos I'm having an issue.I can't use the Pandora app and cast to my system. I've tried uninstalling Pandora. It's on the same network as Sonos. I DON'T like using Pandora through Sonos because there's not as much functionality. For example can't see song lyrics or history of what's played in the current session. I'm using all the latest Sonos products and the S2 app. Please help🤔  

I think this topic may have been raised about two years ago but wonder if anyone has any further updates.I have a high rez subscription to Qobuz but am disappointing to find out that any music file from Qobuz that is not native 24/48kHz will get truncated to 16/44.1 kHz file stream.  I understand this is to do with backward compatibility with older speakers on the S2 platform.As I don’t have any speakers older than 2 years , it’s a real bummer.. No problems with non Sonos equipment I have which decodes at the native resolution beautifully. Would love Sonos to enable this to add to all the other positives in owning their speakers . Anyone has any further insider updates on this ?

App Support ID: 280846410 radio x etc for the last few days drops out regularly. It happens if using global player or tunein and any other radio service.  Incan simply press play and it starts again or wait and it will start again.  can my trace be checked please ?  280846410

I got rid of my Gen 1 Play 5 to resolve an issue with SMB1, and once I upgraded to S2 I started getting this error.  About ready to walk away from the whole thing.  Please help me get back to a system that worked beautifully for years until last summer. 1 - Gen 2 Play 53 - Play 1’sconnecting to a QNAP NAS.  Never saw this error until I updated to S2.  I dont have any playlists on Sonos, only within Youtube music and locally on my computer within Apple Music.

I have the sonos distributed between two floors of the same house.The phone only sees the devices on the floor where I open the app.The desktop sonos app only sees the devices of that floor.I have been using Sonos for years and never seen this. How do I fix this tragedy?! technical:macOS, iPhone latest apps across any device same account on any device only one system All connected to the same network. The desktop is connected to wired and wireless same network. I don’t have any uncommon network setup 

Sonos is displaying that SoundCloud has partial outage therefore not available on Sonos at the moment.  Go to SounClouds help center and it says fully operational. I think it’s Sonos that has the issue.  

Using the S2 controller on a Windows 11 PC I can connect to Sonos Radio, Amazon Music, Spotify, and TuneIn, but not iHeartRadio, Plex, Pandora, or AccuRadio.  The ones I can’t connect to tell me “Unable to browse music” and attempts to reauthorize tell me to check the network connection.  The controller on another Windows 11 computer and all the mobile devices on the house’s LAN access all these services fine.  It’s just the one PC, which worked until recently.  I reinstalled the controller on the PC, rebooted the router and power cycled all the Sonos devices in the house and checked for software updates all to no success.  I’d welcome any ideas!

We had a power interruption, following which my router rebooted normally. I was able to do all normal connections to the internet from laptops, phones, etc. However, when I tried to play a radio station on my Sonos system (this was several hours after the power outage) “unable to add to queue”. I then tried playing a track from my Music Library. Again, “unable to add to queue”. I rebooted the router and verified that my wifi was functioning normally. The above problems persisted on Sonos. All lights on speakers were white (normal). I unplugged the speakers, waited 15 seconds, plugged them back in. After the lights on the speakers turned white, I tried again. No success. Note that I tried both from the Sonos app on my phone and from the app on my laptop. After a few minutes, I was finally able to get Sonos to play a track from my Music Library. After that, I was able to get the radio station to play. So, the advice to reboot the Sonos speakers is relevant. It’s unfortunate that the erro

I tried several times to have a wireless/wired SONOS network, but always ended up with crashing the network due to STP issues. Currently everything is wireless, but a couple of speakers are a little too distant, so I want to return to a wireless/wired setup. Due to the disruption it made to all network users in the past, I want to have a test setup that can be isolated and adjusted independently of the rest of my SONOS gear and powered off when I am not testing. What do I need to do to move a few SONOS speakers to a test network? I think I need to do this: separate VLAN separate WiFi Access Porttraffic isolation between main / test devices including broadcast packetsmove the iPhone from one VLAN to another running the SONOS controller app.But am also thinking that I need to deregister some SONOS devices to get them completely removed from the existing setup. Mesh network with three nodes, I can control my system from the PC app but in the last week my phone app has quit finding my speakers.Reset routers, forgot the network in the Sonos app and rejoined it, worked for a day or so then after leaving the house wifi and returning it’s lost again.

Once again the Sonos controller update on my Aple M.2 Mac mini/Ventura OS has caused the controller to lose access to the music library. The music library’s  access location has not changed amd I’, cross as hell at the prospect of updating the iTunes library details for this witless controller. So I am playing my music to my Sonos 3 and 5 speakers by using Apple Airplay on my iPhone. Why the heck do I keep the Sonos Controller when all I want to do is play music library tracks on the speakers and the darn controller keeps on losing access after the far-too-common updates? Come on Sonos. It’s been months since the Apple M2 Mini and Ventura were releassed. Came across several locked posts complaining about the pre-roll ads for TuneIn/Sonos Radio stations. I’ve been able to block the ads and have the radio station successfully play by blocking these two domains:*.prod-pre.fns.tunein.com*.chunks.tunein.comHope this helps someone.

I’ve been using Sonos over 10 years now and i’m wondering if it by now isn’t time to update the volume control sliders. Especially on a phone they are pretty inaccurate to work with.I hardly exceed 20 and when i want fine grained control it is really hard and oftentimes the volume jumps a few numbers when i release my finger.Have a look at the “volume” controls of Philips Hue app for example. It’s a breeze to set the “volume” of the lights. Both individually as well as in a group. Would really love to see this improvement in the Sonos apps as well. Hope some Sonos Product Owner can step in and provide a reply.Looking forward to that one.Kind regards,Richard

great, so soundcloud is foobarred, it is stuck in a reauthorisation loop, even if you remove and readd, same message to reauth, tried PC and iPhone
