I believe I am signed up and paying Sonos extra not to have advertisements interrupt my music listening, however as of late about every 15 minutes an advertisement pops up ruining my music listening pleasure. How do I stop your advertisements? I really hate this distraction.

Now you say Spotify.
Are you paying for both? You won’t get ads with paid Spotify. But you might with Sonos radio.
Sonos owned stations are the only ones that are ad free. If you are listening to one of the global broadcast stations they aggregate to the service it can have commercials.
