I tried to use my Sonos library recently and found it had disappeared. Efforts to replace it with the original are not working despite Sonos’ instructions to my mobile being followed. Anyone else have this problem ?

Yes lost mine for about a day, switched off my phone & the next day it came back, very strange.

If your Music Library is still missing, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

Best answer. Sonos Technical were contacted and helped cure the problem. Took a long time but the patience exhibited was exemplary.
