Hi there I’m having an issue with no longer being able to find a radio station called “NRJ FM” on MyTuner radio. This seemed to disappear about 1-2 months ago. The station still exists as I can play it online through a web browser just not through MyTuner Radio. Can anyone advise options to get this restored?thanks! 

First of all, let me state that we are still running S1 here.We have been Sonos users for 15+ years. Our first use case was playing music from a NAS - initially in NYC (so internet available) and then a place upstate with intermittent / slow internet - that was a challenge, on occasion, for firmware and controller updates.Internet upstate is now much more reliable but, it does come in overground and when we lose power - not infrequent (we have a generator for those occasions) - we often lose internet as well (our provider uses the same utility poles, generally). We still want to be able to play music from our NAS when the internet is unavailable.Now, to my question, with the S2 app are we obliged to have internet access in order for our Sonos to play music from our NAS?

In Japan, there have been no updates for about a month, and many users have been unable to enjoy movies or music. Despite this, there has been no official announcement regarding the status of improvement, and the situation has been left unattended. Is Sonos even aware of this serious situation? And is there any prospect of improvement?

I have had my Sonos 1 successfully connected at home for years now .I was able to control my home automation via Alexa on it and also listen to music. However approx 6 weeks ago everything stopped . I cannot connect to my router / mesh network, I cannot use Alexa etc etc. I have tried everything...turning things on and off , factory resets, reinstalling the Sonos app but to no avail. There is a 90 minute wait on the help desk. Can anyone please suggest something or could Sonos have the courtesy to call me. Thanks in advance

I have no,idea what blind deaf and dumb focus group tested the new Sonos app but it is by a long way the worst update ever.Its glitchy,adjusting anything is tricky,sound in particular.Whoever decided to remove the ability to save songs to your Spotify playlists obviously doesn’t use the app and also wtf doesn’t want to be able to edit playlists,I mean 🤬.Lets just keep,the noise up for as long as it’s needed,I may resort to defacing public works of art….

Several weeks ago, I was infuriated by the new app and how many features it broke. As others noted Amazon music was almost unusable. At least my vacation has tempered my disappointment a bit.  Now when I try to play an album from “albums just for you” it plays some other random music by a different artist. At least it’s still jazz, I guess. This new app is laughable.Is anyone else noticing this behavior?  Tap album from list, album appears, tap play and something different will play! 

How do you set all zones to play same song or Sonos station?

Dear Sonos,Your High School programming interns really screwed the pooch this time.Roll it back please.  The summer is upon us and I dont  want my $1,100 sound system rendered useless.Pay for actual software engineering professionals next time round.

I can play music on my beam or my roam sl but not both grouped since the major Sonos app update

Wenn man die App Öffnet und die Lautstärke regeln möchte, springt der digitale Regler auf die Ausgangssituation zurück. Erst nach 1-2 maligen Wiederholen erkennt die App die Änderung. When is the sonos 5 app going to actually work?  What a scandal your company is.  I dealt with an upscle company on Deneer thinking it would be good.  HAHA 

Why Sonos? Why? you have failed us so much with the new app. you deleted everything I had, you won’t let me play the same music. The auth/loop on Sonos radio is freaking unacceptable. im never buying your products again

Where on the Sonos App do I find my iTunes library and playlists that are on my hard drive?

Since the software update, I’m unable to manage the treble and bass on my speakers and also can’t change the subwoofer volume.  The system asks me to log in to manage settings but nothing happens when I log in.  

I have a Sonos setup in house A (home) and in house B (second home).On both systems, I have added the Plex service.The Plex server is in house A and runs on a dedicated Mac Mini.Everything was working fine until now.For the past few weeks, in house B, I can browse my Plex library from the Sonos app, but when I play an album or a playlist, the track seems to start (without any sound) then it skips to the next one, etc., without ever producing any sound.Plex is working on Sonos in house A AND the remote acces on Plex is activated and running well.I should mention that if I use the Plex app on my iPhone when I’m in house B, I can play my entire Plex library remotely.It’s only when I launch Plex from the Sonos App that it doesn’t work.My equipment: iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS 17.4.1Sonos App Version 80.00.04

No search capability for home music library on a server use to b

My music library disappeared from the sonos app.   It does not even appear under Sources. So now I seem to have a worthless system.   

Do I need to buy S2 controller for $19.99 to use Play:3? Moderator Note - The official Sonos app can be found on our download page and is free to use. If you have downloaded an app that is asking for a monthly or one-off payment, we would recommend removing it and using the official app.

Does Sonos manufacture any kind of remote control?

How come I can’t even download the SONOS S1 app on my new android OS 13 phone?

All this negativity about the new app (for me it’s rubbish too) I just want to know is there anyone out there who is not having any problems at all and the app is completely working as advertised by sonos?Please don’t post here if you are having a bad experience I just want to know if it’s all good for you and feels like a move forward. 

With Play 1 system, how do I stop it playing?  Before the last upgrade I could stop a session. Now there isn’t a way to stop play back. 

My app defaults to the first set of speakers listed and will not let me change which speakers I want to use unless I also choose the “default” ones. I am so frustrated since we spent thousands to install the whole Sonos music system in our house and I loved it before the new update. Now I can’t even play music anywhere unless I use the outside speakers (which for some reason is where the app defaults to) which is unfortunate because I’m sure my neighbors wouldn’t appreciate listening to my music while I get ready in the morning! Please help! Can you just bring back the old app or help me to get it back on my devices?

I had a Sonos widget on my pixel 6 pro for a long time, and today it just disappeared, no longer on the widget menu either... What happened?
