My husband is having issues logging into Sonos with his username  and password. The account was originally set up under my email.

Hi @ctc4924

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

The advice you are referring to was AI-generated and has now been removed as it was inaccurate. As @Airgetlam mentions, there can only be one Sonos account for a system - your husband needs to log in with your Sonos account to have full control of the system (he can log in with a different account, but will not be permitted to configure the system in any way - only control playback).

I hope this helps.

There is only one ‘Sonos account’, your husband doesn’t need a different one.

You may be trying to set up multiple music services, if so, you may want to refer to the multiple accounts per service FAQ.

I went into 'Account' and the only options I have are:Messages, Message Preferences, Content Services, Account Details, and App Preferences. There is no 'Add Family Member'
