I have a Sonos system in 2 homes

I can play Apple Music Library from my phone in one home, but not the other.

The notification reads “unable to load content”

How can I load content?

Welcome to the Sonos Community! And, apologies for the delay.

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having! People haven’t been able to play music stored on their phones without the use of AirPlay or Bluetooth for some time, so I presume you are using the Sonos app on your phone to play your Apple Music content stored online?

The first thing I recommend that you do is to remove Apple Music from the second system where it does not load, then add it again:

Remove a music service account from Sonos

Add a music service to Sonos

If that does not fix the issue, please reboot the router at the second location by switching it off for at least 30 seconds. Once WIFi comes back, wait another minute or two before opening the Sonos app.

Finally, if content is still not loading, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports - please do so while you are located at the second home.
