sonos and amazon prime music

Hello everyone,

  I'm new to using Amazon Prime Music with sonos.   I'm located in Spain, Amazon music service is available to me and my location is set to Spain.

 

  I'm having an issue, I've installed Amazon music service, authorised the service and can see the music.

  When I select a song to play, it whirls for a moment and does not play.

 

  I've rebooted the Sonos device ( in this case, I'm testing on a Roam ) 

  I've removed and reinstalled the service in the Sonos application

  I installed Amazon music on a mobile device and it works just fine on my Amazon account.

 

  What am I missing here ?
