Hello Sonos, After upgrading from the old SONOS APP to the new SONOS APP (May 7th), the APP dont run on Android (XIAOMI). I try to remove and re-add, and the APP stays freeze, I can only see “SONOS”.If I try with another android Samsung, the SONOS APP works, I can we the same SONOS first screen, but will change to a video and ask to login.  

The Sonos App works on my computer and my Samsung phone, but I've downloaded onto my Wife's Iphone 14 and it just can't find the system. All are on the same Wifi network?

It just started happening that the volume in my speakers (11) are turning off and I have to return the volume to the previous level. Seems to be a glitch with the new app update. I never had this issue in the 9 years I've had Sonos.

I recently updated the app, as well as all of my software for the speakers in my house. Ever since then, my speakers will randomly reset the volume to 0 multiple times throughout the day, which then causes them to display a green light on top of the speaker. Is this happening to anyone else? Super annoying, especially in the middle of the night when the white noise in my kids room turns off and wakes them up. Need this fixed asap.

I have noticed some of my speakers sporadically going to volume level 0 since the June 17, 2024 update of the new App. This causes the speaker’s indicator light to go green. Has anyone found a setting to stop these volume changes?

Many usersⵜ are reporting extremely high battery drain on this week’s version of both the iOS and Android apps (v80.05.04 and v80.05.06, respectively). Using the iOS/Android battery tracking dashboards, users are reporting 30-50% battery drain‡ from the Sonos app over a 24-hour period.At the risk of stating the obvious, the battery drain occurs with the Sonos app in the background. Disabling background app refresh doesn’t improve things. Fully exiting the Sonos app is required.Purely out of curiosity, I plan to monitor Wi-Fi traffic from the app to see if this version of the app is continuously polling the device firmware. I have invested a lot of money in an extensive Sonos system. For that last 8 years with the old app. it was fine.  Easy to control, responsive and dependable. This new app. is extremely frustrating, it’s slow and unresponsive. A complete disaster.  I would advise anyone NOT to download this new app. and at present NOT to invest in a Sonos product. Basic things like adjusting the volume is now painful and almost impossible.  The pause button rarely works, it’s often impossible to turn off the music. This is just the start of a long list of problems. Sonos do not appear to appreciate the damage they have done to their brand. How can they release an app. that is so obviously flawed?  How can they not read the room and see that ALL their customers are turning against them?  Why can’t they just offer the old app. for download so that their customers can actually use their system.I would say that releasing this new app. before it was properly tested amounts to gross n

How do I add a playlist to the end of queue of another playlist. It used to be so easy. 

Hello,I have been using the system for several months (there were no problems and I was satisfied) and a few days ago a problem occurred. I haven't changed the network settings or anything in the Sonos system settings. Suddenly the speakers would not turn on and after a while they were not available in the system.Standard procedures don't work. I am able to reset the speakers and add them again. However, it succeeds the first time. No additional (second) speakers can be successfully added to the system. It goes through the detection procedure, identification sounds, and when the screen for joining the Wi-Fi network appears, the procedure is interrupted. A message appears from the Sonos application that the speaker is added - but it may not be visible and you need to turn it off/on. Then the application displays another window to add the same speaker to the system when it is restarted. However, then you cannot reach the window with the identification sounds because the

I just found out that SONOS had an app update and I was fine with it hoping to see connection updates or any UI improvements. When I open the app, everything was gone including services, systems, and other features. Why'd they release an app update when everything isn't even working properly? I can't even connect any services, ie. Spotify or SoundCloud. Anyone got any suggestions? Samsung S20 FE btw. I managed to connect to my Symfonisks but only through the Spotify app.    Also, the UI is very laggy and glitchy. SONOS if you see this, bring back the old S2. At least it works.

Is there any issue with the Sonos app for users using iPhone 15 Pro with iOS version 17.4.1? The phone can't seem to find the system, whereas the iPad works fine and detects the system. Is this a problem with the app or the iOS version 17.4.1?

I believe that Sonos updates are deleting my Music Library settings.It takes a considerable amount of time to “rebuild” my Sonos > Music Library and the Music Library is something that I value a lot.  I listen to albums (1500+) and playlists from my Apple Music on a regular basis.Is anyone else having this issue?

In Sonos Android versions prior to v80, the app would have a service running in the background and a notification in the notification bar at all times that allowed for seamless switching & pausing of songs and also allowed for volumes changes on the fly, eliminating the need to go into the app and change it. After v80, it's been taken away, and the background service is also gone, forcing the app to reboot if the phone ever closes it for RAM optimization, which makes the user wait a long time for the app to start and connect to the system. My biggest gripe with the notification being gone, above all, is the fact that without it, I can't scrobble using Pano Scrobbler, as it requires an active notification. Can we get the controller notification & service back soon, please? I don't want to hold on to the old Sonos versions to avoid being without something that shouldn't have been taken away in the first place.

I am trying to set Sono on my husband’s phone and when I am trying to except The terms and conditions, it will not let me do to have tryed everything 

I am not able to choose a Plex Playlist in the Alarm Function.  

I followed the instructions on my MAC and worked around the 913 error by creating the path to my library as if it were a NAS. Everything was fine until last week’s update and now most of my albums are listed multiple times in Sonos and the majority of them are empty. (Example below) I have tried deleting and reloading and even using the real NAS version of my library, but without any change. Does anyone know a fix for this? 

After updating my system with the latest app (80.04) my system has vanished, including arc and surrounds, every room that had a speaker isn’t showing up. Even when I try and add an existing speaker I get an error.  after using the previous app for years it has been very stable and these issues popped up right after update, not sure if anyone else is seeing these issues. 

I'm looking for a way to save a track to a different playlist. Does that function exist in the Sonos YT music connection?

Does anyone know why my tuner radio doesn't work anymore? I want to listen to radio stations from different countries, it hasn't been working for some time. since they made an update to the system, you can no longer listen to streams, it always says that something is wrong. it seems to me that it is working, but in reality nothing is heard. since then I regret that I opted for sonos

Please release a separate tool for down / upgrade then it is a conscious effort to understand consequences of the process, so you can't upgrade by mistake and now not being able to downgrade or listen to music on a perfectly good S1 system? Honestly I should be able to sue as now can't use it!!!?Hurry up and fix this please??

Dear Sonos Team,your new app does not connect with my Beam (from 2019). I read here, I am not alone with those troubles. I also tried everything with resetting the system etc. 2 hours work for nothing.I was just thinking to expand the system throughout the house. But spending a lot of money by ending up to not beeing able to use the system anymore is making me somehow careful now.what is your solution for all the connection issues?

Hello, I have the following set-up since 2 years: one ARC paired with 2 sonos one. I bought a renewed Sub (gen 1 or 2) and am unable to connect it to my system. The installation requires an update of the Sub (written it should take a few minutes only) but after a lot of attemps, I'm still not able to complete the update. I of course reset to factory setting multiple time, unplugged reppluged, rebooted the WiFi etc but still no success: the update starts but never completes itself and no error message appears. Using S2 for set up. Thanks for your helpP

Good morning.Please advise what should I do? My Sonos system couldn’t connect to one of the speaker. I reset the speaker to factory settings and the try to connect it one more time . Speaker was able to communicate during connection process but was not able to join current WiFi network.in fact all other speakers are erased from the system and I can’t connect them any more.what shall I do ?
