+18Choose songs from what source? Are you also saying the shuffle icon is missing from the Now Playing screen?
+18Just used “Add to end of queue” to load a Spotify playlist I created. Then I touched the shuffle icon. It mixed em’ up good. Done on an iPhone with the 80.x app.
What is happening specifically when you try using Spotify in the Sonos app? Talk us through it so we can be of more help.
Its as usual and shuffle works. But I selldom access Spotify direct as I use Sonos app which now doesnt work with shuffle it only takes the first song.
+18I used the Sonos app to test shuffle of a Spotify playlist. Don’t ever use Spotify connect.
