To the Sonos app I received a notification that my Apple Music access had expired but when I go to Apple everything is fine and the service is due to renew next month but is Current.

Sounds like you may need to reinitialize the handshake data between Sonos and Apple. Try removing Apple Music from your Sonos install, wait two minutes, then reinstall it.

Sonos says my subscription has expired. This is incorrect. Between use I do have a new iPhone. Is this related?

My fully paid Apple Music service is showing on Sonos as expired. I cannot access my music. Why? How can I fix this?

 Hi @RKP@RobinWood & @SonyaR

I’m sorry to hear of this issue you’re all having with Apple Music showing as expired in the Sonos app.

Please try removing and re-adding Apple Music as @Airgetlam suggested.

Remove a music service account from Sonos

Add a music service to Sonos

If it doesn’t work, please submit a support diagnostic after testing and let me know here when you have done so (but without sharing the given number). Thanks.
