Amazon Music and Spotify no longer available to select from Services

Hi, I have noticed recently my Sonos App no longer has Amazon Music or Spotify as an option to add in the All Services area.

I have tried uninstalling the app several times to no avail, does anyone else have this issue? I am based in the UK and have never had this issue before.

For some editing their address details in Sonos web profile has helped (even if the address looked ok there). I needed to then wait 24+ hours until they came back to the list and I was able to add again. 
(I suspect Apple Music and Tidal are also missing in your list. All the major streaming services just disappeared for no reason for me but came back after editing my address.)
