I have an AMP and just replaced my old analog tube tv with a Sony X950H. The AMP is connected via HDMI to the ARC/eARC port. I used the iOS app "Catchin’ Sync” with a test video to measure video/audio sync, and my audio was in advance of the video. So far, I’ve tried turning off all the bells and whistles on the Sony’s video processing to speed up the video, and I’ve turned up the AMP’s TV Dialog Sync delay all the way to ‘5’. I changed the TV’s audio to Dolby instead of PCM. The audio is still slightly in advance of the video (about 30ms) but is still noticeable since the brain is more sensitive to audio happening before video. Any ideas how to get a bit more delay? The Compression option only works for the RCA Line In, not HDMI, and the Group Delay doesn’t apply since it’s only one room. The TV can output audio via HDMI, optical, or a headphone jack, though I’d prefer HDMI. Thanks.

Clicking on listed Sonos Radio stations, e.g. for Irish radio stations, nothing happens.  Seems to be the case for lots of listed stations.   Why is this? 

I emailed Sonos with details of an error at the weekend - got a message promising a reply within 24 hours but have heard nothing - so though I would try here. In the past few week Spotify (Premium Family members) has become completely redundant on our Sonos system.  None of us are able to play any Spotify tracks on Sonos - either from the Spotify app or from the Sonos Controller app. We have been through all of the suggestions (rebooting, removing Sonos, removing Spotify, checking Wi-Fi connection etc) and nothing has fixed it. We can stream from our Music Library to all devices (so we assume wi-fi is working fine ) and we can stream internet radio stations (so we assume Sonos has internet connection). I have submitted support diagnostics reference 1445143747. Any suggestions much appreciated

Have been very happy with my Sonos system but yesterday it would not stream SiriusXM- this has never been a problem before. I have rebooted routers. I made sure all current updates were installed . I deleted SiriusXM and reinstalled with a new password. Nothing has helped. When I go to the SiriusXM menus all I get is not selections are available’.  Sonos status page seems to indicate that all the services are functioning properly. Have no difficulty streaming the SiriusXM directly from the Sirius site through my computer. Thanks for any insight / help.

I been so pissed it took over a year for me to ask what the f,.ck!! Music library worked fine super easy open Sonos app showed my music I could play from iPhone and iPad. Then Sonos does an update and it just disappears no icon nothing in settings there’s nowhere says anything about my music library. So my $2000 speakers have been junk for over a year. Not sure what Sonos was thinking but I use to think they were great now I tell everyone DO NOT BUY SONOS! Almost everyone I know has iPhone and would be so mad if they bought a not cheap wireless speaker that won’t play there music library. Does anybody know how to play music from your library on iPhone or iPad? I tried the update library Sonos says to do says I don’t have one or ask for a file name and there is no file name just my music on my phone and iPad. Thanks anybody that can help or tell me if I should trash these cause I’m done not being able to play all the music I have and paid for song by song from apple. 

For the love, can somebody please help me figure this out.  I recently upgraded to the S2 platform, and the system is practically unusable.  I have ATT Fiber and an Netgear Nighthawk X10 router.  Everything is downstairs with the speakers within 30 feet of the router.  The S1 platform with the bridge worked great. It happens with all music sources:  Spotify, Sonos Radio, Amazon Music, etc

We use our three Sonos systems in our restaurant and during shifts it keeps cutting out or failing to connect. We have tried resetting the Sonos and we still have the same issue, it has been going on for months and hasnt connexted smoothly in months. There are mutiple phones connect to the system as all the staff members have the app but only, one person yses the app at a time. Why does this issue keep happening and is there anyway to solve this issue? 

i have in the Netherlands problems to connect my sonos ones and sonos move to google assistant.I have in my house in the USA also the same sonos ones and it works fine with google assistant.What do i have to do, to make it work in the Nehterlands.  

I purchased an Orbi to enhance the speed of my internet. I am trying to chance the internet from the Verizon access to the Orbi access on the Sonos but it is not working. Going thru all the steps first with just update router; didn’t work, then took Sonos to the Verizon box and cable with an Ethernet cable and it’s not working either.  Thank you.

Ok, I’m a music professional and I loved my Sonos system until this new controller app came along and now the speakers randomly switch on and off. I have tried to trouble shoot this from every angle but I’m stumped. It is a basic expectation that this stuff all just works...as it has, brilliantly, for years. But now for whatever reason, things switch on and off, or I can’t connect through Airplay and my family is begging me to go back to hard wired speakers so I stop cursing. Anyone else having “issues” since switching to the new Sonos controller app? Thanks. 

Brand new to the Sonos world and very excited to be here!  But having a bit of difficulty… My new Sonos Amp is driving three sets of traditional (not sonos, airplay etc) in-ceiling speakers, each set with its own volume control. They are connected to a Russound zone controller that sits right next to the Amp. Pretty straightforward; well aware of the sound cutoff at high volume from previous setups. Airplay was working fine at first. The Amp shows up on my phone as an Airplay option, and I can select it and on the phone. Music… magic! But a couple of days later… the song now shows progress on my phone as if it’s playing - but there’s no sound from the speakers. When I go to the Amp and tap the volume up/down buttons, the ticking sound comes through the speakers very clearly (and gets louder/quieter), so the wiring connection is fine. Here's the best part - it works fine with my wife’s iPhone. Same exact iPhone 11.     Obviously an AirPlay2 issue. I’m now looking for tips on how to get

Cannot find Trueplay on the S2 app on my Iphone SE, Ipad Pro, Iphone XR or a Ipad Air.All are running IOS 12.4.8.Never had this issue with S1.Need it for my new Arc.Any Ideas???

When trying to install the windows PC app for Sonos I am getting issues connecting. When opening the sonos app, it ask to be updated and get an error: 1101 All my Sonos speakers work perfectly, are up to date and all mobile devices can connect I have the feeling there are some policies on my work PC that disallow me to use Sonos. Strange thing is that my IT guy says it works for others….Diagnostics: 404026229

Whilst the Hurrah may seem an odd title I am actually quite happy that one of my Sonos units seems faulty after some 15-years of service delivering a daily alarm of music into the kitchen every morning. It could have broken some 13-years ago and been out of warranty. I have seen this question asked several times, but nothing seems to fix my specific issue.  I have been using the Sonos Beam with Subwoofer, but I recently decided to add the Sonos Amp to power my two in ceiling rear speakers.  I attached the speaker wire to the Sonos AMP and confirmed the TV runs sound through the speakers using an HDMI.  I then factory reset all 3 (Beam, Sub and AMP) so that I could add all 3 to the new Sonos 2 App.  All were successfully added to the App and are combined in the same room on the App.  I have the Amp setup in Home Theater mode in the App.  I have an HDMI cable running from the TV (Arc input) to the Beam.  The sub is connected via WiFi.  Both work just as they did before adding the Amp.  I have a CAT5 cable running from the Beam to the Amp.  I can’t get sound out of the rear speakers.  I feel like I’m really close, just can’t the sound to come out of the speakers.  Any ideas on what I missed?

I have an AMP, it is making a buzzing noise when it is in line-in, it gets louder when I turn up the volume. I changed to 5 different RCA cables. I changed to 6 different sources (PC, Laptop, Phone, CD Player, DVD Player and Turntable). I changed compression. I connected to a power conditioner. I think there is something wrong with my AMP line in?

I had to update my network password where one would think I’d be promoted for the new password and the Sonos app would be smart enough to “figure it out”. Wrong, had to plug a speaker into the network, got it running quickly so one would think we’re all set. WRONG again, unplugged it to place it back where it came from and then it states the network can’t be found. Seriously? What’s the issue here, who can assist? Bordering on tossing this entire system (8 devices) and going with another solution - as my title states I’m losing my patience as this system should NOT be so finicky.

I am new to having a Sonos system. I have a Beam and a pair of One SL’s. I originally set up the pair of SL’s as a stereo pair. I decided I want to instead have them as surrounds with the Beam. When I go to do this (after first separating the pair), the setup never completes. An error message states it can’t be competed. After I move on from the error message the SL’s do show up in the group with my Beam though. However, there is no sound from either SL when I play TV sound or stream music. I have tried removing the surrounds and trying again several times with no success. When I go back to setting them up as a pair again just to get some use out of them, that works fine. Any ideas on what might be preventing this surround setup process from completing? They are all wirelessly connected to a WIFI extender. Thanks in advance for any advice or solutions.

Hi!My speakers are dropping out several times every day and it seems to be happening to both Spotify and Pocketcast. It is not the same speaker everytime, either. Currently using 1 Sonos one and 3 Play:1 in a small 42 sqm appartment.  Hope someone can help me out,  Thanks!Diagnostic: 1558314103

Have a Playbase, had no issues with it and it suddenly won’t connect to WiFi anymore. I’ve submitted a diagnostic. The number is: 1172428177

I have 13 speakers and was using Smartthings Classic app to control remotely. I turn on music from work for the dogs. Now with the new smartthings app I have lost connection to all my speakers. I think it is due to Sonus running on 2.4 and smartthings hub plugged it to router running 5. Any ideas or thoughts?  Smartthings does not find the speakers. 

I’m trying to add a connect amp as surround speakers, with Amp as main speakers - but when getting error message ‘two compatible Sonos speakers are required’. There is no option to add the connect amp.  Using Sonos 2 app
