• Is it not showing on other controller devices where you have the Sonos App?
• Have you tried it on another controller device if the favorites will show or not?
• Have you tried removing and reading the Music service on the Sonos App to check if it will show?

Upon checking with our specialists. For this favorites feature. It should automatically be available on the Sonos App if the platform has integrated this feature on the Sonos App.
