Is there a way to see the Move's battery life while in Bluetooth mode?
After having streaming dropouts for a week or two I checked out the Sonos page on incompatible hardware and found my recently purchased and installed gigabit switch was incompatible. I plugged my Boost back into the router rather than the switch and all perfect now.

I’m having trouble with using my trade in credit in the UK? Have tried to check out but my account is associated with the EU store and has no country selection option to ship to the UK. Has anyone experienced this problem? Just trying to understand how I can use this credit as a UK resident?
Just bought a new Samsung QLED 8k tv and using a Sonos playbar with optical cable. The lip sync is horrible and i have searched endlesly and called Sonos and Samsung for a fix but cannot find one. I have tried all different settings and reduced lip sync delay to zero in Sonos and in the Samsung TV and there is still a delay. Any other ideas out there to get this fixed? You would think in todays technology age this would be a non-issue. Going to return the TV if i cannot find a fix.
Hi all,I'm new to both the forum and Sonos, so please bear with me regarding this case.I am a bit confused about what I can do with the setup noted in this post title. There are already a few discussions in the forum about this general subject, but I am still not sure, so I’ll try to be as specific as possible in my situation and what I would ultimately like to accomplish.I currently have an appleTV (non airplay 2 capable). I bought the One with the idea of using it as a smart speaker (Alexa or Google), as well as to serve as the speaker of the ATV, However, I didn't do enough research prior to buying the ONE to realise that I can not stream from my ATV because it is not Airplay 2 capable.Nevertheless, I really like the sound and build quality of the One, so I am sticking with it, so I am now looking for an alternative solution. I know that buying a new AppleTV will solve my problem. However, I am keen on trying the Chromecast with Google TV dongle, which brings me to my question:Will
I replaced my Bridge with Boost and updated to S2. I have installed the system and yesterday it worked with my iPhone 6 and iPad 4. My iPhone 12 cannot find the system in the Sonos app. There is no problem to play with Spotify. Today also the iPad has lost connection with Sonos. I have allowed integrity/local network.
The Spotify account is my account. My wife uses it through her Sonos app on her phone. I use Spotify throughout the day while I’m at the office and/or car. My wife will be at home using Spotify through the Sonos app. I’ll be at the office using Spotify through the Spotify app, and we cut each other off. We can’t both be using it, even though we’re in 2 different locations. Any thoughts or does she have to have her own Spotify account?
Will the Roam support Apple Music lossless playback? Thanks.
Hi,I am in process of a remodel and going to be purchasing a whole home ceiling speaker system. I will have four zones with 4 Sonos amps which is pretty self explanatory. but my issue is in my living room I will have it set up as a 5.1 surround with an arc and a sub (all Sonos). So my understanding is if I do this then I can not independently of the tv stream music on those ceiling speakers through my phone. I have two questions about this:If I use to stream through the tv so I can get the ceiling speakers to work. Then can I turn off only the arc? Also can I get it to play the same music as the rest of the house? this is the best option. How can I have those ceiling speakers still play music independently even after being part of the surround set up? I don’t mind spending extra money but I need this to work. Can I buy a 2nd amp and have the same ceiling speakers be part of a surround and also attached to another amp simultaneously?
Anyone having same issue as me ? After trueplay it sounds good and sounds are balanced on both rear speakers but after a half a day or so , my rear left speaker started to sound quieter compare to my right speaker. I have tried to trick the speaker on the left side to make it louder but then after half day it becomes quieter again. I truely think this is a bug on the trueplay software. I'm using an arc and play 1 surrounds by the way
I love the Rain Rain app with its library of soothing sounds that I play from my Apple XS. How do I connect (wired or preferably wireless network that Playbar is connected to) from iPhone XS to Playbar? Airplay is integrated into Rain Rain. I have a Vizio smart TV as well.
Hi I need some advice,I have a Sonos Beam with two symfonisk as Surround (a 5.0 system). Should I upgrade with a SUB to get a 5.1 system or should a buy a Sonos Arc to get Dolby atoms but with no SUB?
Having had my Roam since the release date and no issues, I now find that it will not seem to connect to wifi. It does not show up on my Sonos app, it doesn’t appear when you add new product yet it works in Bluetooth mode.If tried unplugging, rebooting, but the only thing I can get is the blue light for Bluetooth play, which does work but I obvs want it connected with the rest of my speakers on wifi.
I recently purchased 5.1.2 Entertainment Set with Arc, Sub G3 & One SL to use in my theater room in my basement. My intent was to pair it with my Yamaha RX-V685 receiver and Epson 4010 4K projector. I also use a Roku Ultra 2020 to stream my video. After trying several different connections and configurations, I can’t get sound to play through my Sonos. Have I made a very expensive mistake buying the Sonos?
Hi all Looking for help on what product I need here. I have 4 Sonos Ones throughout the house and two beams spread across the kitchen/dining area and living room.My office is separate to the house in a room in the garden and I have my laptop connected to a set of Logitech Z623.Is there a way to connect the logitechs to the rooms i have set up in the house so that the same music can play in all three areas? If so, what device do i need to buy to make it happen? Thanks Patrick
I have a home full of S1-only kit but like many others I am now effectively barred from buying any more new S2 Sonos kit due to the need to either have separate S1 and S2 systems, or brick my current kit for a 30% upgrade discount to S2. This all seems to be due to memory limitations unrelated to the actual amp and speaker properties of the S1 devices. So perhaps there is a fix for the memory issue to allow these still highly capable S1 units to operate in an S2 world? It would seem to me a fairly simple network solution for Sonos to launch an “S1/S2” interface that sits in the distributed Sonos network and looks to the S2 network as an S2 network and looks to the S1 system as an S1 system, allowing interoperability of devices with control over all S1 devices. The necessary logic and memory could all sit in one (master) interface device for S1 (slave) devices, effectively creating in software a “virtual” S2 version of each S1 device. The interface device can then just pipe the audio to
Hi i currently have a sonos five and two sonos one SL'sconnected together playing in my dining room im thinking of adding another sonos five to that setup and stereo pair them just wondering will it make a big difference to what ive already got which is pretty awesome.
Hi Community!I bought a house with pre-wired, semi-surround speakers in the walls. I was thinking of connecting the wired speakers to a Sonos Port and adding a Sonos Arc but am not sure I can ‘synchronize’ them when watching TV or playing music. I would like to create the same experience as using the Arc + 2 ones this way. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how would I set it up?Thanks!
I have connected my phone via headphone jack to my gen1 play5 speaker aux input, but I get no sound output, do I need an in line amplifier to boost the phones audio output to get this to work.
Will there ever be a smaller, more affordable sub? The price is the equivalent to 1000 usd😅
Can I create one playlist from 2 different streaming providers (ie. Amazon music & Spotify)?
I have a beam and two One SL as surrounds but the surrounds don't work with my TV but do with music. The audio output from my TV is Dolby digital.
Just got two Sonos One YesterdaySet up was fast and easyHave them paired for stereoIs there a fast way to unpair and then repair or even turn off one of themHave speakers at both sides of my living roomWould be nice to have just one work at a time sometimesBut would want them as a stereo pair most of the time
I have my living room set up with a Beam, two Ones for rear channels and a sub. The beam is in a TV armoire with the tv. When we are entertaining, we have the armoire closed and playing music. However, since the beam is in a closed armoire, is doesn't sound great and is muffled. Is there a way to bypass/turn off the beam so music is just played through the 2 Ones and the sub?
