im interested in getting a refurbished gen2 sub on sonos.com, i live in canada so i normally order through sonos.ca
is there any difference besides the exchange rates?
does it come from the same place/warehouse?
are the refurb subs reliable or get a brand new one?

The only difference will be the power lead (I’m not sure if these are different between the US and Canada), the refurb devices are thoroughly tested.

The plug on the power lead for the electrical socket is driven by the country it is ordered in. e.g. if you ordered on the UK site, the power lead will come with a plug for a UK socket.
