Using trade in credit in the UK

I’m having trouble with using my trade in credit in the UK? Have tried to check out but my account is associated with the EU store and has no country selection option to ship to the UK.

 

Has anyone experienced this problem? Just trying to understand how I can use this credit as a UK resident?

Can you check your profile within your Sonos account and ensure that your address and location is shown correctly.
