After having streaming dropouts for a week or two I checked out the Sonos page on incompatible hardware and found my recently purchased and installed gigabit switch was incompatible.  I plugged my Boost back into the router rather than the switch and all perfect now.

Netgear, I believe, released a later version 3 of that gigabit switch, which I seem to recall was possibly compatible, or it worked for some users, so the GS108 buildversion maybe worth checking.


Thanks Ken.  Just looked at my switch and its a GS108v4.  It worked fine all the time playing from the Music Library but struggled with internet radio.
