J'ai mis les HP sur ext. : toujours rien.Merci pour tous renseignements utiles qui devraient me permettre d'utiliser mon équipement pou le moment obsolète.CORDIALEMENT 

Hi Does anyone else have an issue with the Sonos beam power cable being loose and not fitting snugly into power socket ? If I move the beam the cable falls out !  

Dear Community,I just moved into a new flat and I am looking to buy a new sound / HiFi system for my bedroom.As you can see below, I have a 1-and-a-half bedroom, divided by a semi-wall and a glass door which will remain open the vast majority of the time. I will be spending more time in the “big room” that the picture is taken from - but also a good chunk of time each day in the smaller room that you can see after walking through the door in the picture.What SONOS do you recommend? I was thinking to buy the SONOS Five and have it in the big bedroom  - but do you think that the sound will be bad when the music is playing from the big bedroom and I'll be in the other, smaller room?What do you think of getting a SONOS Five and a SONOS Move or ONE to play simultaneously, one in each room? Hi to everyone. I just configurated the ARC+SUB+SL system in my living room and when I pair the SUB with the ARC, the system advise me that the SUB is currently linked to another device, and if I want to pair it to the current one.Does this mean that SONOS has sent me an already used SUB? Or is it a normal issue for these device?Your help would be great appreciated.Thanks

Ok SO I am an Avid Sonos User. I have a house with 3 Beams, 5 Subs, Six Fives, Four Ones, An Amp and a Port. I also have a High Output DJ system in my theater area. My question is my basement/theater area has a beam, Sub and 3 fives. The Fives are not setup as surrounds. When the theater is in use I have a beam and sub as my main TV sounds but from time to time I have a port that uses my DJ equipment as an input and outputs to a mixer with a mic that also runs to two 15” Active Ev Speakers and an 18” Ev Sub. Yes, I like it loud. So the issue I am having, and curious to see if there is a workaround for, is a delay. Sometimes I use the port to stream the TV audio to the PA setup for a very loud movie experience. But there is a delay. It seems to be more than the app is able to compensate for using the various delay correction options. I am trying to figure out where the source of the delay is coming from. The TV is connected to the Beam Via ARC. There is no DSP in the Mixer or the PA spe

I have a UE60KS7005UXXE Samsung TV from 2016 and have just bought a Sonos Arc and plugged it into the HDMI Arc. I can only get it to play 5.1 not Atmos.  Is it possible to get it to play atmos from my streaming services?

My TV is connected to a HD machine and a Bluray player using HDMI. The Sonos system is configured to 5.1 surround using HDMI ARC. If I set my HD and Bluray to Bitstream output I get full 5.1 surround but the lipsync delay is noticeable (the audio is delayed). If I set the inputs from the two units to PCM the lipsync delay is resolved but I only get stereo sound. So frustrating! Is there anyway to resolve this?

Hi everyone, I would like to seek some help with regards to my sub. When I switch on my TV it mutes my arc and my sub. The arc unmutes itself but I notice that the sub stays muted. Even if I adjust my volume level, the sub stays muted. The only way for me to get it unmuted is to remove the sub from the arc and then add it back on. Has anyone encountered this issue before and have you been able to resolve this? 

Before I start, I like Sonos a lot - I’ve been using it for more than 15 years and have (too) many speakers, but I’m frustrated with the Controller. Given that Sonos is premium brand and has a price point to match, who thinks the Controller is inadequate and unintuitive, to the point of being, quite frankly, pants, and needs an overhaul? A few examples:Clunky - no buttons - akin to ‘favorites’ or ‘presets’ (on-screen short cut buttons like today’s cell/mobile phones or Hi-fi systems) - to have to search each time you want to play something is time consuming, and ridiculous  No customisation allowed, for example, your own colour scheme/skin, etc.  No customisable sleep timer - one of the oldest complaints and one of the simplest things to have in an app!  Not to forget and bit too ‘buggy’ - e.g. random volume/mute loss of functionality when speakers are part of a group Ads!?I’ll stop there but please share your thoughts, and the pain, on the Sonos Controller/Interface/GUISonos CEO Patri

Hello!I have several Sonos Play:1, some in single mode, some in stereo mode, and some in 5.1 mode with Playbar and Sub. All the devices are connected through Wi-Fi.Some rooms are missing and some stereo configuration are broken in the Android app 14.18; macOS and iPadOS controllers are working, so I think the issue is related to the Android app only. I have already cleaned the cache, deleted all app data and reinstalled the app from the store.Any hint, please?Thanks,Alessandro

Hi what I am attempting to do is stream music through our store’s speakers.  Will the Sonos connect work for this purpose?  The Sonos connect would be plugged in our network switch via a network cable. Then use a PC hooked up to the same network that is located in another part of our building to access Spotify. Hopefully Spotify recognizes the Sonos and allows us to play music from Spotify to our buildings speakers. The speakers are all connected and have 1 x 3.5 mm male end. I plan to use a 3.5 mm female like attached and remove the jacks to expose the wires to connect to the speaker outputs on the Sonos. My only input to the Sonos is the network cable.  Thanks Dan 

I see this feature request, or similar ones, have already been asked for. But the problem still persists. Currently, in order to get TruePlay, you must restore to an iPhone/iPad, so those users having Android are simply ignored (no, borrowing it from neighbours or friends is not a serious option).However, many Sonos devices have mics nowadays: Sonos Roam, One, Move, etc. Why not use that to perform TruePlay calibration of other Sonos devices? This could even improve your sales figures. For example, I’d rather buy a Sonos Roam for my existing ecosystem than an old iPhone via eBay.Are you considering to implement such a thing? If not, please consider. 😉

I own a Beam2 connected with my LG OLED TV via eARC.I have a problem… If I choose to hear from TV speakers or BT headphones, after I choose it from the TV, Beam2 retake the control and the sound exit from there and not from TV speakers or BT headphones I choose…In other words, I can choose to hear from TV speakers or BT headphones only if disconnect the Sonos Beam2 from the TV…Do you think it is acceptable????

Hi All,This questions is for those of you that owns both the Sonos Arc and Sonos Beam Gen2 or have been listening to both of them. How big is the difference in sound between the Arch and Beam Gen2. I understand that the Arc has better sound but is there really a big difference?2nd question:Will the sound of Beam Gen2 + Two Sonos Ones in surround be better than a single Arc?

I opened up the My Sonos app this morning, and all the info is gone.  No playlists or anything.  The only thing showing is “recently listened”.   Is there a way to get it to load up the info? 

First & foremost Im no techy, so a big bear (or is bare ?) with, please.Have had my Sonos set up for at least 8 years (currently running version 14.18 (is that what I’m ‘sposed to say ?!)I have 4 x original SL’s (none of this Alexa malarkey) and a beam of one form or another.My issue is more about the app which I now run off an ASUS laptop (Zenbook, if it helps)So, two points that have been bugging me forever and frankly should have got off my chest years ago - but only now found the time...1...The app slide bars are so faint...it sometimes is just so difficult to see the the slider when looking at what’s on my Queue….and almost impossible to see the top and bottom up/down arrows.I've tried adjusting the lap top screen settings - to no avail and to be honest this has been the case wiith previous p/s’c I've used anyway, so I dont think this is a hardware issue.   So any answers - has this been addressed before...surely it cant be too difficult and wont affect the cosmetics of the di

I have a Beam Gen 2, sub-mini and a pair of Symfonisks setup for my home theater - love it, works great. Sometimes I venture off to the kitchen and want to be able to continue listening to whatever is on TV. I was thinking that I could buy a Sonos One and plop it in the kitchen and use multi-room to extend the audio from the HT to the kitchen? Would that work? Is the system smart enough to keep the HT setup as proper x.1 surround (so that somebody who is still watching the TV still has that HT audio) while knowing that the kitchen is just a single solo speaker and provide it audio accordingly?

Realme X50 Android phone.Interaction between MS Outlook and Sonos app was fine until yesterday. Whilst using my phone to listen in my Beam 2 every time I receive an email the app would switch off the radio. I've had to turn off notifications as a fix but far from an ideal solution.What are the chances Sonos will fix this bug?

Situation: I come home, Sonos is silent. I think, “I’d like to hear <song x>”; I search for it, press play, I enjoy the song, the song finishes and then immediately after whatever the hell it was I was listening to the previous time I used the Sonos starts playing.How do I make it not do that? Ever? I never want that to happen. Do the thing I ask you to do, and then just stop doing things.
