Sound cuts in/out on move but not on arc while playing tv

I am connected to a Vizio 65” with ethernet cable connected to Arc and sub with move speaker.  WiFi is located in the same room.  While watching tv, the sound comes out of Arc perfect, does not cut out.  However, the move speaker sound is “pulsing”.  it literally cuts in/out about every second or two.  What am i doing wrong?

It sure sounds like there might be some wifi interference impacting the Move. There should be a minimum of a 75ms delay between the Arc and the Move, since they’re in different Sonos rooms, but not any ‘pulsing’. If none of the suggestions in the link FAQ fixes it, I’d probably submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
