My current set up is Sonos Arc, Sub Mini and 2rear one SLs as surrounds. Thinking of upgrading to Sonos arc ultra and 2 era 300 as surrounds but not sure if too much or would upgrading soundbar be enough. Looking for some advice. Thanks

Saw this, TVONOS app for Amazon Fire Stick. Was wondering if anyone else has downloaded it and using it? Is it worth it on the fire stick? Thx

Apple Music recently released 6 live radio stations. Up until recently, I had no problem streaming them over Sonos. Something changed, and now when I try to play the stations, I get a “not encoded properly” error.Tried re-authorizing Apple Music, tried rebooting all devices, etc. Nothing works.Any hints?

I have a 3 year old Ray which has been flawless until now. It’s started making a buzzing noise when a high pitch sound is played. We play a game where wolves howl and every time they do, it happens. Sounds like vibration. Is there anything I can do to remedy it, without having to send it off? It hasn’t been dropped/knocked. It’s been properly looked after. The issues happens when the volume is high or low but only when that certain high pitch ‘howl’ is played.  Thanks in advance

How to switch between systems in Sonos app? Every time I try to use the app to control volume after using one system, it mutes or disconnects the arc. I have to unplug the arc and then it works again. There has to be a better smoother way of doing this - using the app for two different systems on same network.

How can I stop Sonos Radio's unsolicited pinning of collections to my Home? It has happened on several occasions, separated by several weeks. I open the Controller app and find two or three collections promoting Sonos Radio content at the top of my Home screen. It’s really annoying because I have to scroll down to find my favourites. It’s also annoying because I didn’t ask for that and I’m not interested in it. (Another sad signal that Sonos hates its customers.) I have to Unpin them to get rid of them. Is there anyway I can stop them appearing in the first place.

About 30 minutes into Top Gun movie the Sonos soundbar started making this loud piercing sound. I shut it down for about an hour, then put another movie on. Towards the end of the second movie the piercing sound came back. I opened a ticket with Sonos through chat last night and sent them diagnostics. They said nothing abnormal. I have limited time to return this thing to Amazon and right now I am ready to send it back. What could be causing this? The TV has ARC output, Roku feeds the TV. Brand new HDMI cable going to TV that came with Sonos. I don’t see how to attach a non URL video to this post, else I would attach the video I took. 

I’m using two Era 300s as surround speakers for my Arc Ultra, but I’d like to listen to music directly on the Era 300s in simple stereo mode.The only way I’ve found is to remove them from the Arc setup, then pair them together — and then do the reverse operation for home theater mode, which means recalibrating everything again.

I have 4 Sonos ceiling speakers , one amp and one arc ultra. I have connected 4 speakers to one amp , how can I play 2 speakers separately 

We are building an extension and I need to fit it out with SONOS.I would like the TV to connect to an ARC Ultra, a Sub 4 and 2 ceiling speakers as the rears. I assume I need an AMP too? Can someone please describe how I set it up? I will also have 2 more pairs of ceiling speakers in the room to complete the music sound in teh whole extension. Will I need a seperate AMP?

I made that switch on August 29th.Last week I purchased a used PLAY:5 (v1) speaker. It took me a while but I figured out to configure the NAS to allow the SONOS Controller apps access my music.It was working pretty well, but then I noticed that any playlists added or edited since I made the transition to Apple Music were not reflected in the Sonos Controller App.  I have determined that since August 29th, while the Apple Music app is properly pointed to my NAS to play my music, it is not updating the iTunes Library.xml file on my NAS. I’ve been seeing more music and live mixes trending on TikTok lately, and sometimes I’d like to play them on my Sonos system instead of just listening on my phone. Has anyone figured out a smooth way to stream TikTok audio to Sonos—whether through AirPlay, Bluetooth, or some other setup?I’m curious if the sound quality holds up and if there are any tricks to make it more seamless. Do you think TikTok could eventually be integrated directly like Spotify or YouTube Music, or is it better to just stick with screen mirroring/streaming methods for now?

I just bought a pair of Era 100’s from Costco and paired them with my AppleTV. Right now I can only control the speakers with the app on my phone. Is it possible to pair them with the AppleTV remote? When I try it wants me to use the Sonos remote to learn to pair but the Era 100’s don’t come with a remote.

I'd like help/support from the community. I currently have a Sonos amp system connected to two Era 300s and a Sub 3. I use this setup connected to a turntable. The sound quality is really good, and I'm very satisfied. But I have a large CD collection that my daughter wants to listen to, and I'm thinking about it in acquiring a CD player. I've been thinking about how to integrate it into the system without having to use the option to connect/disconnect the devices when using them. My best option, in my opinion, is to connect both the turntable and the CD player to a receiver.My question is whether I can connect the receiver to the Sonos amp or if it requires some other accessory.
