Which eligible upgrade items receive a 30% off upgrade credit? I checked all my items, and they receive a 15%, upgrade credit, despite some being from 2015. You would think that any item that can no longer receive updates would be a candidate. I realize that the blast email sent out said “up to a 30% upgrade credit”. Just wondering how old, or which items specifically, meet the criteria for the 30% upgrade credit. Thank you.

The 2015 Play:5 is S2 compatible and definitely still receives updates.

S1 only devices are eligible for the 30% upgrade credit as per the upgrade T&Cs.

Thank you. Was just hoping my (2015) play 5 would be eligible for the 30% since it can no longer receive updates.

Odd, my Gen 2 Play 5 just updated, I am on S2 though.

S1 doesn't update often but it still does when necessary.

Both of mine are on Sonos S2.

Version 17.2.2 (build 86.2-70230)

Hardware version 1.13.1.8-1.2

Sonos, why do you make it so hard, using iOS, to cut and paste this? Are you trying to keep GDPR satisfied by not allowing people to post IP addresses, or serial numbers? Took a whole bunch of switching windows back and forth to make sure I got this correct…

Edit…noticed I didn’t, so edited for more corrections….

By disabling the copy/paste option Sonos is encouraging folks to take and post screen-shots that contains protected information.
