There have been a couple of posts recently about the TuneIn integration not working as expected.
The issues appear to be on Sonos’ radar and are being worked on.

“We are aware of certain radio stations failing to play via TuneIn on S1 Sonos systems and are working with our music partners to find a resolution.”
“We have identified an issue with playing Podcasts from TuneIn and are investigating - you can cease any troubleshooting attempts.”
I have called in on this, while they acknowledge this is an error, my sense is they do not really care much about getting it fixed.
Please contact Sonos about this so they know this is a feature of the system that you view is important. The length of the issue and the lack of accountability/urgency feels very May 2024
Still not working. Sonos doesn’t seem to care. Tunein doesn’t seem to care. A vivid example of the great customer service from both companies.
Sadly, you seem to be correct. Sonos simply does not care. I had hoped they got the message after the debacle of the rollout in May 2024, but they seem as tone deaf as ever.
I have contacted them a few times and their last message was basically “don’t bother us with this again”.
I feel really burned by Sonos
