L application ne retrouve plus le système après etre sortie et donc reconnecté au wifi de la maison. Toute la procédure d installation doit être refaite à chaque fois.Je regrette tellement d avoir acheté ce système il y a qq années. Moderator Edit - Translation by Google:The app no longer finds the system after logging out and reconnecting to the home Wi-Fi. The entire installation procedure must be repeated each time.I so regret buying this system a few years ago.
I haven't updated the barely functioning Sonos app so I checked for updates and read the reviews first. It sounds like the latest update is worse than the useless outdated version I have. The question is, is the OG useless app better than the updated useless app? Just a thought - the primary product offered by sonos is THE APP - without it they sell speakers that are comparable to others that don't rely on a disfunctional app. Seems like a little more resources should be dedicated to app development. Just saying....
I purchased 2 sonos move 2 olive green at a goodwill. One works great the other was open box in a beta test box that says prima evt and has a flower pit on the front as well as a disclaimer sticker. Both have the same serial numbers A100 2301WC ************One works great the other from the beta box wont register or update. Any help would be great. I called sonos and they have no serial # like that. Want to know if i have a giant paper weight or if theres a fix. ( YES i did all the steps to try and fix, yes its plugged in..lol)Moderator edit: recorded and removed serial number
I haven’t used my Sonos for a few months. I trued to use today and only one of my speakers are working and n one room. The other won’t sync—it’s on. Account tells me to sign in and sign out. Having trouble doing both/either so I can’t get anything done Moderator Edit - Edited thread title.
Just finally caved in and added Spotify to our Sonos.Have Sonos Playbar, a pair of Play3’s and a Sonos Move. Spotify within Sonos will not play on the Play3’s, alone! Have to play Spotify tracks on the Playbar first and add the Play3’s!! Then they’ll play the music?? If I then remove the Playbar. Then they’ll play music will STOP playing!!REALLY SONOS!! apart from a really slow system l, how much more useless is this system going to become?
Background. I have 2 x PLAY:1 configured as a stereo pair and 2 x Sonos ONE configured as a separate stereo pair which had been working as well as the current version of the app would allow. I had to reset the router and since then have been unable to successfully add back in the 4 speakers. I had another attempt this morning and managed to add back in the SONOS ONE’s, but no joy with the PLAY:1’s either cable or wifi connected. The app cant find them. Successfully managed to play a track using the SONOS One’s, but then couldnt stop the track playing. Reset my phone (a Google Pixel 6) and the Sonos app now tells me it cant find any products. I despair…..
Trying to connect Sonos to Alexa but when go to settings to add component or speaker it won’t let me click on add button. Why is that?
I have been searching around, reading forums, contacting support several times, tried router settings and so on but I notice that many threads regarding Sonos and Asus are old so I thought I would create a new one for my specific case as I still have issues..I had the feeling that things had improved recently with all the updates, but then there are still situations where everything just goes off the rails—sound disappears, it stutters, then disappears again. The app won’t pause music or change tracks, and I end up giving up, wanting to shut everything down and try again later. And when the app finally realizes I’m trying to stop the music, it takes 3–4 attempts before it actually works.I have two Asus AX58U routers, latest firmware, did a factory reset on everything a week ago, including the speakers. I’ve set up all the recommended settings that Sonos suggests for Asus.I do have Airtime Fairness Off, Snooping on, and everything else that is recommended for Asus routers. Wifi Channel
I just bought a 2nd Era 300 speaker to add to my present Era 300. How come the power light of the 2nd Era 300 just keeps on blinking after plugging it in to a wall outlet. I’m unable to set it up.
Hi i need help , it s impossible to connect my IKEA symphonic lamp , I tried all but nothing works ... If someone con help me please . I sicces to connect of the Sonos application but not with the TV , and impossible to put my music from my phone too....
My wired Kitchen pair of Play:1s (set to static IP) have been a problem for weeks now. They keep dropping out and when they do they are greyed out on the app. I restarted my router there that appeared to fix the problem for now, but obviously that isn’t very convenient. Before I contact tech support, is there any things I should be looking out for?
Hi, I know nothing! Just moved to new apartment and have new WiFi but can’t get any connection. Trying to reboot for factory setting but struggling with 1000 versions. All know is I bought the system pre-Covid sometime. Any ideas at all…other than buy a new one?cheers Claus
Can the era 300 plays in Dolby atmos when paired in stereo?
I just bought my first Sonos product and I have to say, so far it’s been underwhelming.I have my Sonos Five in my living room and it’s just not loud enough. Anything below 50% is ridiculously low and I was surprised I could even push it to 100% without being blown away. It’s loud, but not so loud that 100% becomes as unbearable as one would expect.I don’t have volume limit on. I did the truesound thing and volume is pushed to max on my Spotify app as well as on my phone.I’ve googled a bit and this doesn’t seem to be a very uncommon issue people experience. Some say already at 50% it’s really loud and others say they have to crank it like I do to even get loudness from it.Not sure what to expect here. How do I know if I have a defect unit?
I have a worrying problem here - since yesterday, I have only been able to get sound via Airplay (very important for how I listen to music) in my Hallway (Symfonisk bookshelf), Bedroom (2x Symfonisk lamps),and Sonos Roam. ALL of them are wired via ethernet (except Roam). My other speakers are Kitchen (2x Play:1), Shower Room (Play:1) and Living Room (Sonos Connect: AMP Gen 2 into stereo). All Ethernet wired. I simply cannot get any sound from any of these, but yesterday they were completely fine. When I connect to Airplay the usual way, the Sonos app displays that there are selected, but there is simply no audio coming through. Surely an update can’t have killed these older speakers for me in an instant? When I transmit audio from within the Sonos app itself, every speaker is reached as normal. However I NEVER use the app - I’m completely dependant on Apple’s music app for local files and playlists. I need to broadcast via Airplay. It’s like all three of them have just decided to
My status lights are turned off in my app, but they seem to be on on my speaker. Any suggestions?
The serial number is 1706 ************Thank you.Moderator edit: Serial number removed
Your product is absolut trash. Spent 3 days trying to connect the sub mini to my beam. Packing it up and returning. Product is trash, customer service is trash, support is trash(spent 2 1/2 hours with them) and the company is trash.Should have listened to all the bad reviews. I have done all your steps at least 20 times. I have a Bose system in my living room and it literally took 10 minutes to get it up and running. Will never recommend this product to any one of my customers. Thanks for nothing. Sent from my iPhone On Mar 25, 2025, at 6:23 PM, Sonos Support <support@sonos.com> wrote:
era 100 does it need a power connection
I’d like to restart the conversation about adding the ability to pair two sub mini’s in the same system.About a year ago, a Sonos rep replied to one of the many closed threads about this that it ‘could’ happen, but he wouldn’t confirm.I’d like to cast my vote for what should be a fairly simple thing for Sonos to do (since they already have this feature with the subs gen 3/4). I have a small condo and personally prefer the tighter sound of the sub mini, but would just like to have another to spread the bass more evenly throughout my living roomAnyway, I hope Sonos has this on the table as a feature they might add. It’s basically money I’m ready to spend that’s being left on the table for no other reason than Sonos seems to want to arbitrarily limit this product.
I just. purchased an Arc Ultra Sound Bar. How do I make this first set up for Blue Tooth use?
This has been going on since the disastrous app update last May. In the middle of a song the sound will just stop. If you look at the app it is still playing, the phone wasn’t in my hands so I didn’t touch anything. It happens with a bunch of different speakers, sometimes one of a stereo pair, sometimes both, sometimes it’s 1 out of 5 speakers, sometimes all 5. No pattern I can find. After messing with it, changing speakers, stopping & starting the music, rebooting the app, sometimes it will just start working again. anyone have any ideas or do we just chalk this up as another of the million bugs in this fiasco they call an app? And please don’t say “unplug all your speakers” since half of them are portable and have batteries.
Hey! any ideas why my Sonos roamdefaults to a volume of 15% rather than just remembering the last volume I used? thanks!
I have two Play 3 speakers that used to play fine, then they started disappearing from the network and neither Spotify nor the Sonos app could find them. In the end I factory reset them. Both played nice during the reset, and the app found them no problem.. I went through the process where they play some bell sounds and the app declared they had been added. But there was still no sign of them. So I rebooted them, rebooted my phone, took them to another room, and eventually gave up and went to bed. Next night I tried again. Still nothing. Then suddenly, one of them started flashing green, and the app added it. Yay, one speaker works. However the second still refuses to connect. The mute light is solid white. Both speakers are on the network with IP addresses - the same network as my phone - and both are sending low levels of network traffic, and have been the whole time. What is going on here? How do I fix it?
