hi can anyone else with ERA 300’s confirm if they click (make a static type noise) just before the music starts and a couple of seconds after it is paused? I’ve just purchased a pair and noticed in a quiet room this noise. It sounds like the noise is made when the speaker wakes up and when it sleeps.
Anyone else hearing this?

I suggest that you call tech support, as they have more diagnostic tools available to them.

So I rang tech support they ran through some diags still didn’t have a clue. Asked for a video of the noise they make. Have now responded to say that the noise is “within product quality expectations”
is there really no one else on here that has 300s that can confirm either way if they make this noise?
This is my issue also. It’s happening as I watch tv and I don’t have the era activated, but it’s acting as though it is by making cracking noise.
