turning off in the app

I am trying to prevent Sonos from playing on all speakers in the house when the TV is turned on. This only happens after music is played from an earlier time, paused and then later the TV is used. 

I usually have to turn all the other speakers down when the TV is turned on to prevent the TV sound being on multiple speakers- like in another room where someone is sleeping! How can I just turn it off in the app?

Or set TV Autoplay and Ungroup on Autoplay for the room with the tv.

Tap the speaker icon at the bottom of the screen in the Now Playing section. Untick all rooms you don’t want the sound to play in. Press Apply.
