Hey all,So right now I have a 65” inch TV connected to my Gen 1 Beam through Arc. It’s been great, sound’s amazing, especially the dialogues/spoken words can be heard clearly, which is the reason I got it.I have just bought an Audio Technica LP3XBT turntable which has bluetooth and RCA out connectivity options. Now I’m wondering how to make use of the Beam I have with perhaps adding pair of Era 100s to make this whole setup work in unison.Would my Beam Gen 1 seamlessly work if I add a pair of Era 100s? Also, would my turntable be able to make use of Beam + 2x Era 100 setup?Or what would be the best solution for this setup considering I don’t want to upgrade my Beam Gen 1 right now and want to keep the overall solution as much VFM as possible.
Changed internet to StarLink. How do I connect to S1? I have 2 new Move systems connected to S2 app. I have legacy speakers and a Conn| Amp that I want to continue to run on S1.
Outdoor TV and two Sonos Fives. TV and right speaker connects to wifi, left speaker will not connect to wifi, tried reset, tried ethernet, No success so far
Ça I have dolbi atmos matching beam gen 1 with my 2 era 300
I’m not sure I have the right vocabulary for this. I only have one Era speaker, not two. So this isn’t a situation where one of a pair is cutting out. This is my sole speaker in the room seems to be playing only one side of stereo (either left or right).I’m listening to Revolver on a new Victrola Stream turntable as I write this and “She Said, She Said” sounds totally different (kind of cool actually). Does anyone know how to fix this short of buying another speaker?
can I sync play five sonos with films on a headphone jack to jack cable from imac whilst not in wifi
Hello. One of my Sonos play1 speakers is constantly dropping off. The other speakers continue playing but the play1 will drop out then come back for 10 seconds 30 seconds it’s always different and then drop off again. I had this issue a few times over the years and I’ve been able to fix it by resetting the system or just waiting and eventually it would work itself out. Does anyone know any other ways to quickly fix this issue? Wi-Fi router internet provider are all the same. Nothing changed on my end that I know of to cause this problem. Thank you! diagnostic number 1691235126
Trying to set up my new Sonos beam g2 the unit cant find my wifi
Hello, Sometimes when I listen to my stereo pair through connect and two ones, sound only plays through one speaker. When i switch to spotify music comes through both speakers!Example - just had a record on, first side of record was fine, flipped it over and sound only played through one side. Switched to spotify and music was in both speakers.
My Sonos one was working fine but after I turned it off it will now not turn on and I can’t find it on my system. When I plug it in the red light shows for 5 seconds but then goes off. What do I do?
Attempting to downgrade my Play 3 to be s1 compatible. Sonos is “finding” a product that I don't even have…...I only have a Play 3 speaker.
Would a mains conditioner with surge protection help the performance of the Sonos Arc? And would it provide additional protection? I have a Tacima CS947 that I’m considering using with my system but I want to know if there’s any advice from Sonos for something like this. Is it preferable plugging straight to the power socket on the wall or is a mains conditioner better?
I’m experiencing audio dropouts, only when grouping rooms together. My setup consists of 8 different “rooms” - most of which are standalone Play Ones, then a room with Playbar, Sub, and two rear Play Ones. Then another room with Beam Gen 2, Sub, and two rear Play Ones. All of these are connected to SonosNet via Boost. I also have a Sonos Move speaker that is connected via Wi-Fi (since that one won’t connect to SonosNet). The dropouts started after I introduced two new Play Ones. All speakers work fine individually, but only have dropouts once I start grouping. I had this issue last year, but it stopped once I introduced the Boost to get all speakers on SonosNet (versus being connected to my Eero mesh network directly). I tried changing the SonosNet channel, but still having dropouts. There is no rhyme or reason to which speakers the dropouts occur. It has been happening on any of them once they are grouped. I submitted a diagnostic. Can anybody from Sonos review and help me resolv
My Amp has lost power. Called support and they told me to hold down button at back and plug in. This worked the first time last week but doesn’t work this time and support now offline. Don’t really understand why this now keeps happening? Everything else plugged into same extension lead fine. Changed amp in plug no luck. V confused and disappointed! Particularly by lack of Sonos support
I have 2 large rooms connected with no walls between them. My living room is connected to my Dining Room, in the living room I have 2 Play:1 (front), 2 Ones (Rear) and a Sub which sounds amazing but when I walk into the dining room I can hear the music but not like when I’m in the living room. My question is, to expand sound to the dining room, should I install 2 Sonos Ones and a 2nd Sub or 2 Play:5s and pair them in stereo, which setup will give me the richest sound and not create syncing issues. Thanks.
I have a Sonos Boost powering my normal Sonos speaker set up. However, for a party, I want to set up a Sonos speaker in the garden outside the range of the Boost.I already have a powerful wifi range extender delivering a strong wifi signal to the whole garden. Can I have the in house speakers being fed from the Boost concurrent with the garden speaker being fed from the WiFi range extender?
I recently bought Sonos Era 100 and use it as desktop speaker for my desktop. I connect to the speaker using Bluetooth. Since the speaker has a Mic, how do I use that as the default mic for my machine ?
I’ve been streaming to m Sonos 5 for sometime using RadioApp, however over the past few weeks, the streaming has come to a stop. It’s not an issue with the RadioApp, because I can use that on my Iphone without issue. Sometimes I have to try and play it 3 or 4 times before it works. Any ideas on a fix? I’ve also tried another app on Sonos with the same issue.
We have a few play:3 around the house. We swapped broadband providers and got a new router and network home network. I reset all the devices and added them to the new network. Now only some of them appear in the app and the others come and go. The network does have an extender to boost it out into the garden. It is all one network name. any ideas?
Super duper frustrated with Sonos. Based on ads and some and reviews over many years it seemed like I was buying into a high-quality system “that just worked”.NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.After trying for a couple hours to add a second Play 5 (gen 1) to my system (after a few months ago having lots of issues with that first Play 5), and getting it (mysteriously) to work (for about an hour), the Android app LOST ALL MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION. My Youtube Music and Spotify disappeared, listen history disappeared. And the original Play 5 disappeared. WTF? And yes, I’m sure I am signed into my account.Good grief. So now I am trying to add back YouTube Music, Spotify, and the original Play 5 (gen 1), and I get to that page that says “press and release buttons simultaneously”...I do that, hear the chimes, and then NOTHING.Sure would be nice if that page in the app told you what to expect next. Another tone? The light to flash a different way? A subsequent page/instructions in the
I have been using my play:5 for many years, successfully connecting to different networks. we have moved into a new house and we have a 5g wireless router for our internet. It seems the sonos is having trouble connecting but I don’t get any clear definitive error messages. the network and password is correct.Help says I should adjust my router settings, but to what? any help much appreciated
My two Sonos Era100 speakers are at opposite ends of my lounge/dining room and have automatically defaulted to be a stereo pair but I understand I can make them mono. How do I do this? Thanks
My Sonos play1 speakers keep losing Wi-Fi connectivity, then regain shortly after. The Wi-Fi router is in the same room so the signal strength isn’t a problem. I’m not sure what it can be. Can anyone help me?
