Hi AllI have just received my white Era 100 to use in my bedroom as a single speaker. Here are my thoughts:The look of the speaker - nice looking although I actually prefer the outgoing One (I have 2 sets of them).  The metal grille of the older speaker looks more premium in my opinion. The 100 is still nice mind you.The set up - very easy as I have excellent WiFi in my home. Did not affect my SonosNet speakers in any way. My app now also reflects the WiFi signal feature on this and my portable speakers which is nice. The sound - definitely an improvement on the Ones but not as bigger difference as I thought it would be. Just goes to show how good the Ones are! I would not recommend anyone replaces their Ones, but if buying this size speaker for the first time, then get the 100. Mainly due to the added connections (Bluetooth and line in).Hope this is of use 👍😊 

Hi. Need help. I want to have 2 ceiling speakers in kitchen/dinning room (for music) and 2 ceiling in living room . I have bought 2 pairs of speakers and 1 amp. is this possible to have living room speakers working with tv and music in kitchen? thanks

I have an LG OLED55BXPTA TV connected to a Sonos Beam2 and S1 surrounds via HDMI eArc.  There is a major difference in sound when switching between local channels.  I have to increase or decrease volume massively to listen effectively.I have searched online and fiddled with the LG TV Sound settings without success - currently DTV Audio Setting is set to Auto and Digital Sound Out set to Pass Through.If I go into the Sonos App - About My System I notice that the if the TV is on the channel that is very loud then Audio In: is Dolby Digital 2.0, whilst most other channels have PCM 2.0.In another room I also have a Sony OLED TV with a Sony ARC and it shows Audio In: is Dolby Digital 2.0 Plus on all channels.How can I get Audio In: to be Dolby Digital 2.0 Plus on all channels from the LG TV?  Any way to fix the sound difference?

However, as help for other users has been offered here, this topic will remain available. I recently purchased a Sonos system for my home, and while I love the sound quality and ease of use, I'm experiencing some major connectivity issues. The speakers frequently drop out or lose connection to the network, and I'm having trouble getting them to reconnect. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps recommended by Sonos, including resetting the system and checking for firmware updates, [spam link redacted] nothing seems to help. It's frustrating to spend so much money on a premium audio system only to have it constantly disconnect and fail to work properly. I would appreciate any advice or assistance from the Sonos community or support team in resolving these connectivity issues.

Can I use a Sonos One and Sonos move into Stereo mode?

Hello Sonos Community, At the moment I’m using a Sonos Ones Pair in my office. With the new Sonos Era 100 it should be possible to connect a pair of these beauties to my Computer. Even better would be if i could also connect my record player. So that i could switch the Input from Computer (connected to 1 Era 100) or the Record Player (connected to the other Era 100 Pair) I’m pretty sure this does not work but maybe you can proove me better and i will directly buy them !! :-)Thanks for your help

I noticed that my pair of era 100 have a solid green light turn on when set as stereo pair. How can I turn off the green light? The green light is not there when the pair is used as surround. Tried turning off the status light button in the app but the green light is still on

Seen this posted a lot. Nothing recent. Using my old Sonos connect (S2 compatible). Just updated to an Era 100 in hopes it was just old hardware. Still cutting out. Diagnostic 1637704499. Thanks!

Hi, I just bought the Pro-Ject turntable and ERA 100 speaker. The black USB C cable was out of stock so I purchased one from Amazon. The system won’t connect the Line-In. I bought a second cable; still won’t connect. Sonos support told me that only their cable would work. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have two Sonos Play1 speakers and they have worked fine for over a year. Today they won’t group. I can play music through either one, I can play two different things through them simultaneously, but they will not play from the same source at the same time. I have held the play/pause button down and the music will start to play, but then the other speaker shuts off. Please help, this is quite frustrating.

I cannot figure out why my Sonos 1 is “unable to connect to Sonos”.  I had no problems connecting to Sonos before two days ago when spotify connectivity encountered a problem in the Sonos app.  My router and network have not changed, my router shows a great 2.4 ghz signal strength for my Sonos 1.   I tried resetting my Sonos 1 with initial connectivity but then I see “unable to connect to Sonos” error message with a blank screen on my app.  When I unplug and replug my Sonos 1 in my app finds it with internet connectivity, but then it losses it.  Would a VPN affect connectivity?  This has never been a problem in the past.  My router sends all of my internet communication through a VPN.  I even tried having my Sonos 1 be an exception routing it through my WAN without resolving this issue.Please help, thanks. 

10 year old system but plugged in a new router from by a few mo the ago and all sonos products lost.  Tried resetting and reinstall sonos- to no avsil Sometime sees is network to connect to, but doesn't work  Please advise as otherwise will need to get all new products 

I've got two sonos One set up as stereo in my lounge. I mostly listen to music and radio, at times watch movies on my TV. Would it be better idea to buy Sonos Beam Gen 2 to link with my 2x Sonos One’s. Or to buy Sonos Era 300.In other words would the Beam coupled with 2 One’s give me a better sound solution (especially for music) than just having the Era 300 (or Era 300 coupled with 2x One's in the lounge).And how would these two options compare in terms of Dolby Atmos.

Hi AllI have ordered a single Era 100 for my bedroom. I have many Sonos speakers already so hoping this new addition will be a good one.Has anyone else got just a single 100 and if so, how does it sound? I don’t have room for a pair so I’m hoping just the one will sound good 😁. 

I just setup my new Eros 300 and configured the Alexa skill.  My Alexa app says the Eros 300 speaker is not compatible with speaker groups.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Is there a workaround?

My Sonos play 5 2nd gen was working ok till we changed our router to shell energy, now it connects for 2 minutes then stops connection and blocks out the router to other devices around the home ?? I’ve got the new Sonos app and have reset router and Sonos speaker several times I’ve spoken to shell and changed channels from 11- to 6 with split 2.4 and 5g connections. Still a problem. Please help.!  🙏diagnostic no 987122246 

We have two IKEA symphonic loudspeakers in our house. We have managed to connect both to my wife’s account. But one of them is in my office, and therefore I would like to have this registered on my account. I understand from other topics that I should do a factory reset, and connect it to my account.But, after I do a reset and install the sonos app, I only have the ability to set up a new system. When finding and connecting to my speaker, and I would like to log into my account in my app, it seems like the speaker is still connected to my wife’s account and I can only log into her account in my app.Is this because we are on the same wifi or that the factory reset is not enough to remove it from her account?

why is the music not working when paired as surround speakers major flaw returning my sonos 300 speakers 

I have a Sonos Arc and Sub gen 3 which I've been using successfully for the past year or so.I also have a Beam gen 2 which is newly purchased and today I'm setting it up for the first time.I have moved house and want to set up my Beam with the Sub on a new network.The Beam is connected and working...however the Sub simply will not connect/join the network with the Beam.Ignore the Arc for now, as I am not using it currently.I have tried everything, turning both the Beam and Sub off/on. Turning the router off. Using Ethernet cables. Hard resetting the sub.The app has taken me through so many iterations of setup, but fails to connect.I believe it is something to do with the old network (different house/different Internet network) of Sub/Arc not allowing the Sub to leave and join the new network. As some times during my trying of setup today its showing the Arc and sub and asking what products I want on the new network. Obviously j choose the sub, and every time I try to connect it just sa

Hi, I recently purchased a brand new ikea symfonisk gen 2 lamp. It work great and play music for about 2 hours before it suddenly shut down. I tried plugging it back and the light still work, but the speaker doesn't. I've tried to factory reset it to no avail also. The led indicator on the lamp sometime blink when i plug the power back in but then nothing happen. Can anyone offer a solution or suggestion? Any help is greatly appreciated.
