How do I lower the base on my sinus 5

what is the least expensive was to play sound from my computer with my older Sonos one

New songs I have downloaded aren't showing up in "On This Mobile Device". I have checked and the sounds are also in my music folder on my Android phone. I haven't had to move and audio files before amd it's suddenly not showing my newly downloaded songs. They are downloaded as mp3 files. Need halp!

Purpose of it? Override?  

Every once in a while when Sonos starts an alarm set to music, my subwoofers emit a very loud low level rumble for about a second or two. First, scares the crap out of us, but I am more concerned it will damage the speaker. Running latest software. submitted report. Anyone experienced this issue?? thanks   

Wont play audio

I used to have a TV that works perfectly with Sonos Ray but due to not researching properly. My TV is sold and I am left with Sonos Ray with an optical audio Apple TV 4k I like to find options that can still use them together with a projector. Would anyone have any idea?  would simply buying this fix my problem? I have a Netgear Nighthawk Mesh system that I setup to take the place of the wireless from the Verizon router (they are my internet/tv/land line carrier).  Due to some tv problems, I ended up getting a free upgrade to the Verizon equipment and it seems to make the wireless network from my mesh system require everything to reconnect.  Our Sonos system is four Play 1 speakers, each running on our WiFi. So when I went to reconnect the Sonos system I had a number of problems with the Sonos app on my phone telling me that at times, it could not find my system or specific speakers, etc.  At times it said something about checking the wireless network that my phone was on.  After trying a number of restarts for one day I factory reset all the Play 1s and went off to think.  The next morning I started as a new system setup (which I had tried before) and then still had some problems finding equipment and getting message asking me to check the network.I then thought about my phone - which is a Pi

Calibrate my Sonos system with an android. Beam era 100, mini woofer?

So I upgraded my old internet service to our community's new fiber network.So on the new 1Gig fiber, I've managed to get two speakers onto the network simultaneously. But the third? I can get it to connect and work when it's alone, but it will not appear/work with either one of the other two speakers. I wasn't trying to get all three to run simultaneously, not yet. The third will not appear with another speaker either wired or wireless.The bad news? All my playlists are on speaker #3. BUT: I downloaded Sonosaver (https://sonosaver.mrupp.ch/) and I stalled it and the Sonos app for Windows on my PC. The good news is that I exported the playlists from speaker #3 and successfully imported them to Speakers 1 and 2. So now I can run two speakers and have the playlists, too.But I want the third speaker to participate, too. Does anyone have insights about this?

Installers replaced my sound bar with a Sonos surround sound. Before the Sonos install I was controlling volume with Directv and now it's Sonos Beam even though I am using the Directv remote. I prefer the Directv control remote...it's more responsive. Any suggestions?

Hello,My system is composed of 3 Sonos One SL.One keeps disappearing from app.My internet service provider is Bell Canada.They provide the Wifi Modem, and I absolutely need their pods.These work on 2.4 ghz (like Sonos).Sounds like they’re incompatible with Sonos, unless there’s a workaround…Thanks

Hi, I have a Sonos Play 5 and a Sonos Five.  After a change of residence I have a problem with the existing router.  It is a gated community with a fixed internet with wifi.  The router : Hap ac lite.  Very good reception on smartphones and firesticks.  The Play 5 is recognized by the Sonos system, but also lost again in between.  The Five cannot be installed at all, always expecting me to restart the router or to remove the box from the network and/or reset it to the factory settings.  Is the router the problem?

Sonos OneConnect Sonos One to run without Cell phone.I have done this in the past. I would move my Sonos One from my office to my basement.  After moving Sonos One I would have to mess around with the buttons on the top to get it to play again. , To use it I would simply say “Alexa play Frank Sinatra with spotify”.  It worked great. Now for some reason it will not work at all. I have messed around with the button on the bank and the buttons on top with no luck. What must I do.What is the sequence of the buttons to make it work. After the move?Is there a way to move the Sonos one where I don't have to mess around with buttons?Bob

I currently have a pioneer amp with a sonos connect. Does sonos offer a new product instead of the connect, that i could pair a gen3 sub with while still using my pioneer amp?

Hi. My iPod touch used to play through my 5 gen 2 very loud. In the last few years I cannot get the volumes as high as I used to. Playing music through my iPhone - which I DON’T want to do is much louder. I have tried everything to get the high volumes of the good old days back on my iPod touch through my 5 Generation 2 - no success. Please help. Thank you!

I have turntable plugged into a sonos 5 via rca. Works fine. Buy another 5. Set up a stereo pair. Line in only plays out of one speaker. Will sy both if grouped but not in stereo pair. Experimenting while playing and it will play out of the 1 not plugged in but only ever recognises 1 speaker as connected. What do I do next?

Can the sub mini work with Move

Hi all- I have two era 300 speakers paired with a gen 3 sub for music playback via iPhone. The set up will not trueplay tune, seems like the right speaker isn’t sending out tones as it should be, and when the process fails the right speaker continues to tone as if it is delayed. When playing back music the right speaker often drops out entirely. Both speakers are on the same network. I’ve tried restarting my router and resetting and re-adding both era 300’s. Can’t seem to resolve the issue. Any ideas?

I have a Playbar and sub that suddenly have stopped working, it may have happened when I had to turn off power to that circuit in my house recently. I see (? + sub) not configured for this room. I’m thinking it sees the sub but not the Playbar? The help article it links me too basically says unplug and replug the products but that isn’t doing anything. I tried adding a new product to get it to reconnect to the Playbar but it can’t find it. It’s plugged in with a solid white light. I should add that I’ve been trying to factory reset by holding down the mute and also trying mute and volume at the same time while plugging it in and it doesn’t do anything, stays a solid white light Moderator edit: combined posts
