One speaker suddenly no audio

I have a pair of Play 1 speakers - part of a surround system.  All of the speakers in my house are connected  and are showing up on my app but one of my Play 1 speakers no longer has sound?  The pause and volume level buttons work on the system on my iPhone and it looks like it’s playing but no sound from the speaker.  It was working fine recently.

I tried power cycling and resetting the Sonos app and also factory resetting.

When I factory reset I followed instructions and it cannot complete the audio pin and when I push the buttons it pairs and looks fine but there is no sound.

the other play one in the same surround system is still working fine.

Try removing the Play:1s as surrounds and unplugging the sound bar and Play:1s from power. Then swap the Play:1s (left speaker is now the right speaker, right speaker is now the left speaker). Plug the sound bar and Play:1s back in, allow them to connect to the network, then add the Play:1s as surrounds again.

Thanks for your help.

I’ve removed it from the surround system and set it up as a new standalone speaker in a new room after doing a factory reset.

it still looks like it’s playing / pausing etc in the app but there is no sound at all.
