Sonos OneConnect Sonos One to run without Cell phone.I have done this in the past. I would move my Sonos One from my office to my basement. After moving Sonos One I would have to mess around with the buttons on the top to get it to play again. , To use it I would simply say “Alexa play Frank Sinatra with spotify”. It worked great. Now for some reason it will not work at all. I have messed around with the button on the bank and the buttons on top with no luck. What must I do.What is the sequence of the buttons to make it work. After the move?Is there a way to move the Sonos one where I don't have to mess around with buttons?Bob
I currently have a pioneer amp with a sonos connect. Does sonos offer a new product instead of the connect, that i could pair a gen3 sub with while still using my pioneer amp?

Hi. My iPod touch used to play through my 5 gen 2 very loud. In the last few years I cannot get the volumes as high as I used to. Playing music through my iPhone - which I DON’T want to do is much louder. I have tried everything to get the high volumes of the good old days back on my iPod touch through my 5 Generation 2 - no success. Please help. Thank you!
I have turntable plugged into a sonos 5 via rca. Works fine. Buy another 5. Set up a stereo pair. Line in only plays out of one speaker. Will sy both if grouped but not in stereo pair. Experimenting while playing and it will play out of the 1 not plugged in but only ever recognises 1 speaker as connected. What do I do next?
Can the sub mini work with Move
Hey guys, I just connect my vynil système to sonos amp but can’t hear any sound with My Play3. Any Help? Both are well synchronise from Sonos S2 app. Thx
Hi all- I have two era 300 speakers paired with a gen 3 sub for music playback via iPhone. The set up will not trueplay tune, seems like the right speaker isn’t sending out tones as it should be, and when the process fails the right speaker continues to tone as if it is delayed. When playing back music the right speaker often drops out entirely. Both speakers are on the same network. I’ve tried restarting my router and resetting and re-adding both era 300’s. Can’t seem to resolve the issue. Any ideas?
I have a Playbar and sub that suddenly have stopped working, it may have happened when I had to turn off power to that circuit in my house recently. I see (? + sub) not configured for this room. I’m thinking it sees the sub but not the Playbar? The help article it links me too basically says unplug and replug the products but that isn’t doing anything. I tried adding a new product to get it to reconnect to the Playbar but it can’t find it. It’s plugged in with a solid white light. I should add that I’ve been trying to factory reset by holding down the mute and also trying mute and volume at the same time while plugging it in and it doesn’t do anything, stays a solid white light Moderator edit: combined posts
Hello can't configure one of My play 3 Say is already configured to another account, i already reset the play 3 but still don't work

Can anyone please confirm the diameter (ideally in cm) of the circular base of the Sonos Era 300 floor stands? The measurement is not given on the Sonos website and, somewhat unbelievably, Sonos customer service tell me that they don’t have the measurement so can’t tell me. Thank you.
Hello community, I've got a play 1 and play 3 and I'm having issues connecting it as a stereo pair. They are under the same Wi-Fi and also up to date with the latest software and app. Any assistance or tips you have?
The Sonos Sub-Mini offers great bass/low-end response at a substantial cost savings versus the Sub (Gen3). In a small to medium size room it’s more than adequate in most environments. I have a Sub-mini in a bedroom and in my garage bonded to Era 100’s in stereo pair. Although the garage exceeds (IMO) the definition of a medium size room the topology is concrete floor, smooth walls and ceiling with no plush accouterments. In both spaces the Sub-Mini sits in a corner using the floor and two walls to boost bass response. As with any sub...placement is a key factor to accentuate the bass response. Other than bigger bass (which is a given) another reason to opt for the Sub (Gen3) over the Sub-mini is placement options. The Sub-Mini (because of its shape) doesn’t offer the placement versatility of the Sub-G3; such as unobtrusively behind a cabinet or under a sofa. Just food for thought when considering which Sonos sub to purchase where cost is not the deciding factor.
I made some upgrades to my network and noticed that my Sonos speakers drop from the AirPlay (and Spotify connect) list. If I unplug them they’ll reappear only to drop after a few hours. They are always listed and available using the Sonos app and TIDAL. Old network with standard wifi router - works fineModem > TP-Link Archer C7 (running openwrt) New network with a wireless access point - suffers AirPlay dropsModem > MikroTik RB750Gr3 router > TP-Link EAP245 v4 I’ve also tried this combination to rule out the MikroTik, but it also suffers from AirPlay dropsModem > TP-Link Archer C7 (wifi turned off) > TP-Link EAP245 v4 This leads me to believe that the speakers aren’t playing nice with the TP-Link EAP245 access point. The wireless access point is using a basic stock configuration, nothing fancy like vlans, just a 2.4g SSID and 5g SSID configured. I’ve tried numerous things over the last few days, but haven’t had any luck. Can anyone help?
I'm looking for some feedback from anyone that's using the Era300s mainly for music listening...I currently have the Arc, Sub Gen3 and 2 Era 300s in my living space but we don't watch much TV to tell you the truth and although it sounds pretty good for music content I feel the Arc lacks for music playback. Plus listening to just the Era 300s in a stereo pair isn't that fair away in terms of performace for music..... So I'm going to change my set up and try to get something that really makes the Atmos content shine. I have a big open plan house and I've tested the pair of 300s with the Sub but I think it's just overkill on the bass so I'm considring two options.....2 x Era 300s stereo paired with the Sub Mini or 4 x Era 300s (2 stereo pairs grouped together)Has anyone tried any of these combos? What's it like have two stereo pairs grouped together?Cheers, Chris
Can new era products work with gen 1 system
I have an older Sonos Play 3 speaker (like the one in the picture). I cannot find any information online to tell me if it should have Bluetooth or not. I recognise it is mainly a ‘me’ thing unable to find the answer….can anyone let me know how I find out?
After updating to S1 my Sonos system worked as usual by following an update to version 11.2.3, build 57381090, my play 5 Gen 1 will no longer connect. I’ve tried all the solutions as per the app to add a missing product, including the factory reset on the speaker and powering down router and hard wiring the speaker with ethernet cable.I’m left with the mute and dash button flashing green.Given the CEO of Sonos gave a written assurance that the old speakers would work with the new software, that must mean i’m due a new speaker from Sonos as clearly this is not the case.Anyone else with this problem?
Hi, I currently have the Sonos Arc, Gen 3 Sub, and a pair of One rear speakers. My question is, can I add an additional speaker to the rear surround? Is it possible to add the Era 300 to support the pair of One rear surround speakers. Basically, have the Era 300 serve as a center rear speaker. The ERA 300 will produce the Atmos experience and the two One speakers will be forward rear sound. Or should I remove the pair of One speakers and add two Era 300 speakers. My idea is to not have the original purchase of the One speakers become obsolete. Thanks for your support Sonos community!
I presently have a beam, a sub and 2 One sl. Can I add an era 100 to the system? Moderator Note: Combined post and reply from OP.
I recently bought the Arc and sub. I have been trying to install the system with no luck. The arc gets connected, the sub gets connected but when I start to play music or tv the sub disconnects and only the arc keeps playing. I have tried all possible scenarios like rebooting, connecting through Ethernet cable etc, but each time the sub gets completely disconnected. Wasted a lot of time on this set up. I have. One to a point where I want to return the speakers
