Hello all, Greetings’’ Want to do Multipule setups at an Sonos Event, but don't have internet excess , so what should I do ? Setup 1 TV + Arc + Sub + 2 Sonos Five Setup 2 In Celling Speaker - 2 Pairs , Outdoors Speakers - 2 Pairs , In Wall Speakers - 2 Pairs + Sonos Amp 2nos.Setup 3TV + Beam + Mini Sub + One SL on rear Wall My Questions are : What should I do to configure all my products ? is to through Some WIFI dongal ? and if yes is it advisable to do so.  There will be lot of disturbance and interference in terms of other brands and others wifi signal or network.  So what should i do to play all my Sonos products seamlessly when it comes to streaming from your iPad or any phone.  Do I have to do any cable setup ?    Please suggest some easy solution or setup, so that we can run the show.  

Hi there!  I just bought a pair of eras 300, an arc and a sub gen 3. I was wondering: What is their maximum bit depth and sample rate?? i asume that 24 bit for depth, but what about max sample rate? does anyone know? couldn’t find that technical info anywhere. Cheers!

Hello everybody,I bought 4 One SL speakers at once. And I installed the latest version of the Sonos app.all speakers have been paired with the app, and they all have had the latest S2 update.unfortunately there is a troubleshooting or a bug, because I am unable to have all 4 of the speakers together in the app.  Some more info on my situation: they all are connected over WiFi on the same network.I tried also linking them all over the wired network.  I see the 4 speakers on my “airplay” mode, like for example if I want to listen to Spotify, I have all 4 of them in the list. And they play all 4 the Spotify music. But unfortunately not all at one.if I ask Spotify to play more than one speaker at the same time, I neer to select the option of opening a room with the S1 Sonos app. Seems to be the standard Spotify respons.so when I delete an re-instal the Sonos app, I can click on the infinity button to pair/link and it works properly. For a 4 of them this works.but if I ask to add another sp

Hi… bought record player and Sonia move for daughters room. The device keeps connecting to another speaker built in device upstairs. Unless other device is turned off we can’t get record player to pair to device in daughters room next to Sonos move. Built in device upstairs has to have power turned off which requires a ladder and broom to reach power. Very annoying… any tips please 

I have a Sonos Arc/Sub 3/One SL system and they all came with EU power plugs. However here in Cyprus we have Type G power sockets (same as in UK). I would like to use power adaptors to connect, what ampere rating should I look for? Cyprus operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.

Can anybody list any viable option to connect the beam gen 2 to a ps5 and monitor combo without earc because monitors do not have it.  I know vroom sells a 500 dollar audio extractor but there has to be another way?And how about using a usb c Bluetooth rtx adapter with apt x?  Would that allow the era 100 and 300 to connect to ps5?  Can anyone confirm this?Thank you for your replies

Since the Five has got an Aux in, can use a Bluetooth adopter through the line in to play it by Bluetooth?

Trying to install (2) One SL and (3) Roam speakers in a new office (stand alone building). The Sonos App locates all 5 speakers, and with each speaker it gives me a message saying that my phone is on a different network and to finish the setup in the systems tab. I have contacted Sonos support, sent multiple diagnostic reports, factory reset all speakers, the app, plugged speakers directly into the router and contacted the network provider that provides support for my wifi. I turned off the 5g to force everything onto 2.4. I tried a different phone and bought a new tablet. The Sonos App will not hook to any speakers. I have all Andriod products. From what I have read this seems to be a common problem with Sonos. Has anyone found a fix or work around? 

Hi community.I bought a new era300, and would like to upgrade the compatible devices (playbar and play 1) from my existing S1 wired setup, to a wireless S2 network.(I have other devices I understand are only compatible with S1 - 2x connect bridges and Gen 1 play 5 - but I’ll worry about them later!)I have successfully switched to wireless, and I see my playbar and play1 are WM1.But upgrading the OS to S2 has me beat! The error msg is 1101, and trying all the troubleshooting (rebooting router and devices, moving close to the router etc) doesn’t help.The device status is ‘incompatible’, and clicking into these the message suggests “an Ethernet cable connected to your router is required to allow wifi to be disabled”. I have tried connecting the device to the router via Ethernet … but that doesn’t work (and kinda doesn’t make sense, given I understand the system to be now wireless, correctly connected to my wifi, with the device system setting as WM1… wireless.)So I’m stuck at not being ab

Hi everyone and thank you in advance. I bought a sonos move and would like to set it up but my WiFi needs 2 different passwords in order to accept new devices. Sonos sadly only let's me put in one password so I can't connect my new device with the WiFi. Any way around that or a different kind of solution?

When using Alexa as my voice service for ERA 300 I am unable to play Amazon Music with any voice command. Alexa responds to me with “Hmmm.. to do that first enable the skill for your Sonos ERA 300 in the Alexa app then ask me to discover devices”. I never had to do this with my Sonos Arc. When I go to the Amazon Alexa app on my phone I only see 1 available Sonos skill and it is already enabled. I tried removing all music services and voice services from the Sonos app and then re-added just Alexa as voice service and just Amazon Music as music service but that did not work. If I use Sonos Voice it is able to play from Amazon Music but is unable to recognize any of my Amazon Music playlist. This is really annoying since a big part of my decision to buy ERA 300 over Sonos 5 is its voice service integration! 

I purchased 8 Sonos speakers approximately 6 months ago (9/22) and I have the latest version of the Xfinity router with a very strong Wi-Fi signal for both the 5G and 2.4ghz bands. My router is no more then 20ft away from all 8 speakers. At first the connectivity problem was negligible but now (3/23) all 8 speakers are constantly and continuously dropping off and reconnecting all day long every day. I have worked with Sonos technical support but with no success. My connectivity issues actually worsened after contacting them on ( 3-2-23) My router doesn’t allow me to pick a channel on the 2.4ghz band (it stays on 1). Would purchasing a different router help? I am regretting my purchase and any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have five Play:1 speakers, 2 Play:5, 1 Beam, and 1 Sub. A circuit shorted and tripped the circuit breaker (CB) in the electric panel. A Play:1 and Sub were connected the circuit. After correcting the problem I reset the CB, returned to the room and P:1 and Sub were off, I cannot get them to restart. Does Sonos equipment have internal fuses? Is there a restart protocol that I am missing?

I connected my Era 100 to my Samsung TV using Bluetooth.  It worked fine for about a fortnight but now there is only silence.  The TV indicates that it thinks it is outputting audio to the Era and the Era is is indicating that it is Bluetooth connected but there is no sound.  The Sonos App indicates that the volume on the speaker is at max.  I have tried rebooting both the TV and the speaker and also re-pairing but no sound is heard.  As it used to work any suggestions for why it is no longer working?

My ARC soundbar, Two One Gen 2 speakers and Sub Gen 3 have been set up as sourround sound on my LG Oled tv for a year using a panosonic router and eero system and has worked great. Now one of my One speakers is not working after a power outage. I’ve tried several time to connect but doesn’t play from my tv. Through the app it showed I had two systems one with arc, sub and 1 One speaker. The other system with 1 One speaker. I talked to support and was told to contact eero because this system only supports 2.4 GHz this was agter walking me through trying to connect the speaker and it seemed the speakers responded but did not connect to the other system or play music. This seems like a simple issue to figure out. I kept trying different fixes. Now I have 2 systems  and connected the two One Speakers and the sub they can play sonos radio, but are not connected to the arc or play surround sound from tv. Also I did see on this forum that my sonos equipment should be compatible with 5 GHz. An

Can I pair ERA 300 with 2 Sonos SL

Hi allI have a beam and a sub. I recently had to reset my internet. I thought everything was running smoothly till this morning I can’t connect my products to my wifi. I have reset the router. Change the password, security settings and nothing is working.The app find the products I go to update the network, follow the steps get to putting the password in for my network and it says fail to connect. Looked into all the help options and still nothing. Am I missing something please help 

I've tried the bot bet it doesn't understand the question. It is complicated.I have seven devices. They are currently arranged in a group of four with three separate individual devices. I can play the group of four and the other three individually but I cannot move any of them either out of the group or into it. I receive a message" Unable to connect to device. Try again later". I have reconnected the modem and reinstalled the app but there's no change.Can anyone help?

I have 2 sonos One, the have to play in 2 different offices - but as 2 mono devices.because if I put them in stereo mode, when turning up the volume on one device automatically turns up the volume on the other.therefore I need them to be 2 seperate units - but playing the same playlist..how is that possible ?

Is there a network parameter that should be specified to keep Sonos Connects from causing network speed loss on my network? Whenever I connect a  Sonos Connect or Connect:Amp to my ethernet switch anything else connected to that switch sees a drop in network speed. Using Speedtest it drops from 300+MBS to < 10MBS. I have a Verizon router to a Unifi USW24POE, switch to a Unifi Flex Mini switch to Sonos, A laptop connected to the same Flex Mini will see speed drops as mentioned above. I see the same results using a Linksys switch at the end as well. Connecting the laptop to the second port on the Sonos equipment produces the same results.  I conduct the same test with a ZP80 and I do not see the same results. 

Why can't  the sonos era 300 take line level in from a TV headphone output?If it is a line level in for a line source say a  laptop output. Can it be driven from line out from a Samsung TV.Would the dolby atmos functions work as a psdue upmix from stereo to surround  sound.Thanks

Hello everyone,My installation is composed of:2X play bar2X SUB2X Play 33X One1X One SLall speakers are connected to an ethernet cable except 1X ONEsince a few days the music did not stop cutting then it is my complete network of the house which did not function any more.At first I tried to reset my wifi antennas but nothing worked.However I unplugged the cable that goes to my netgear where all the sound systems are connected and the network works.I test 1 by 1 which speakers are the problem and I discover that my playbar and my sub in the living room drop the network as soon as it is plugged in.Strange that it's two devices that do this .So I reset the two elements the addition goes very well everything works wireless but as soon as I plug the ethernet cable no network anywhere.I test my cable with a pc and they work perfectly.I don't know what to do anymoreIt seems like a conflict of ip when I plug them in.I'm not sure what to do, but I'm sure I can help.Translated with www.DeepL.com

I have an existing sonos 5 speaker that connected easily and I recently purchased a second sonos 5 for the same room. I have not had any luck trying to “add a product”.  I have disconnected the new speaker and reconnected to see if I could add that product — no luck. I then tried disconnecting and reconnecting the router — no luck adding the product.  I have also tried to disconnect the old sonos 5 and adding the new product — no luck there as well.  I am adding the product with my iPhone 13 and I have turned it off and restated that (thinking that may be an issue) — no luck adding the product.  Any more ideas how I can get this going??  Thanks!

I integrated the itunes library into my SONOS app and everything works fine both on Wifi and Bluetooth.However, if I just want to play music directly from my itunes app to the Sonos Move over wifi it does not work??  Bluetooth works fine.  I guess there is no way to map the direct itunes music from the itunes app to the Sonos move.
