After a power outage, my speakers werent able to connet to Wifi.  Eventually, one did.  Now that it has been a few days, I was able to connect my phone to the other speaker.  But I cannot play them both at the same time.  One is in the kitchen and one in the den.

Are you seeming both Sonos rooms in the Sonos app concurrently?  Did you do a factory reset or other changes to your system after the power outage?
