I have a complete Sonos system throughout the whole house. Recently some speakers are no longer having music output just makes a tiny screeching type noise when its on and I have to switch off the Amplifier to make the noise go away.
Is there a technician or shop that can troubleshoot and fix as necessary?
I don’t know of any shops in the US that offer service. There are some 3rd party shops in Europe. Which model(s) are exhibiting these symptoms? What source are you attempting to play?
I suggest that you submit a diagnostic while the problem is experienced and again after it is resolved.
