When I have my Era 100 connected to my TV and I shut it off for the night, the Era 100 continues to make the chirping noise like it is trying to connect via bluetooth. It effectively does this until I unplug it. What am I missing here?

It sounds like the Era speaker is trying to reconnect to the TV.

Before turning the TV off, I recommend using it’s settings menu to break the connection between the the TV and the Era 100, letting the Era know that the connection no longer needs to be maintained. When you turn the TV on again, reinstate the Bluetooth connection between the two.
