Mi producto no se conecta a la app de Sonos

I have a pair of Play 1 speakers - part of a surround system.  All of the speakers in my house are connected  and are showing up on my app but one of my Play 1 speakers no longer has sound?  The pause and volume level buttons work on the system on my iPhone and it looks like it’s playing but no sound from the speaker.  It was working fine recently. I tried power cycling and resetting the Sonos app and also factory resetting. When I factory reset I followed instructions and it cannot complete the audio pin and when I push the buttons it pairs and looks fine but there is no sound. the other play one in the same surround system is still working fine.

 Good afternoon, I thought I was quite good at setting up the system but obviously not and hope you can asssist? I have system set up at home address below with 6 Sonos various speakers etc and all perfect until I purchased a Sonos Roam to be used elsewhere ( in our mobile home with different wifi). Not only can I  not set it up elsewhere but have messed up settings at home and cannot get access to my account or system as they are not highlighting? Would you have an idiots guide for me so I can sort please.

Can I play tv station on iphone on play1

I updated my sonos apps and system as required by you Sonos and since that time I cannot access any of my sonos system from any iOS devices fortunately it is still working from my windows PC so I know it is working. Tomorrow I will try uninstalling and reinstalling my iOS devices with the Sonos app. This is unacceptable you make great hardware and terrible software. If this were the first or second or even third time this has happened, I might overlook it, but this happens all too often. The fix always involves some complicated hoop jumping to get the system back to working order. I have other things to do with my time other than to test your software. I will continue to not recommend your products to friends and family. I so very much want you to be better than you are sonos.  

Hi,I currently have a single Era 300 in my lounge for music. I have bitten the bullet and ordered another plus the stand, using one of my 15% off coupons. When installed as a stereo pair for music with the other, there will be about a 10cm difference in height. Will this matter given I will do Trueplay?Hope not as I don’t really have any other options on placement.

Hi to everyone, I have a play 5 (2nd gen) and this thing just denying to connect to my wifi network and my sonos system. I don't know why just one day just disconnected and after that needed to connect it with the ethernet cable. I moved in to my new home and I can't have it near my router. I don't know what else to do. I need your help.

I’m going to stop after this as brain is getting carried away.Any chance of there being an IKEA collaboration, similar to the Sympfonisk, to create a ceiling light with built in Sonos speakers to work as either dedicated down-firing Atmos speakers or “invisible” music speakers?Context: I’m a “tech-on-show minimalist” and would rather hide/ghost it all as much of it as possible. The Symfonisk lamp speakers are okay and all but better for surrounds or discrete ground level music (not a great fan of the look personally). Upfiring speakers in the Arc and Era 300s are great and all but definitely doesn't have the power/presence/directionality of a dedicated in-ceiling speaker. Given most rooms have a ceiling light via ceiling rose in the centre of the room, I would LOVE Sonos Atmos speakers built discretely into a ceiling light where either music or dedicated Atmos down firing speakers would live. Hi,I have my Era100 connected to my PC in my office via the (official) line-in adapter and the sound starts playing, sounds great but then it keeps pausing for no reason. I look at the SONOS app on my phone and the playback for line-in has been paused in the app. I press play and then it immediately starts playing again. The vast majority of the time the app hasn’t even been opened on my phone but it seems to be the cause of the playback on my PC stopping… getting very frustrating!Either there is something going on with the era100 itself, or the app is being overly active in the background. I don’t want the solution to be ‘remove the era100 from the app’ because that means i need to re-add it every time i want to live it up with my Beam to play music across the house.

Hello, i just dropped my fathers One SL speaker on the floor, it works just fine but it got a crack on the casing, can i buy just the case or do i need to buy a new speaker? he says i dont need to repair it but i want to

Hello. Maybe someone can help. I have a problematic Sonos Five. Actually the speakers works fine and plays audio when operated locally via the buttons on the Sonos Five. I can start playback (with single play-button press) and i can group the speaker with a long press on the Play-button.My problem is that the last few weeks, very often, the Five speaker does not show in in the iPhone Sonos S2 App or in the MacOS App. When this is the case, i still can start playback using the local buttons without any issue.It mostly happens with my Sonos Five but sometimes also my two grouped One’s (grouped with a Sub) do not show up in the App. A power-cycle always solve the problem. Although temporary.Any clue what i can do to resolve this?

I have about five Sonos one speakers in my home and routinely a couple of them never pop up on my system list . I don’t know why these speakers aren’t recognized even though they’re on the network/Wifi. Do I need to stop sharing them with Alexa?

Failing to connect to my WiFi hub Era 100 

My speaker can be found when I’m in the Sonos app, but doesn’t appear in the Bluetooth/airplay section when I try and play through Spotify or headspace or other apps. It has done in the past so I know it’s possible! I’ve tried restarts of the speaker and my phone etc. 

My system is built around the original BRIDGE controller and the Play 5 Gen 1 and has since added Play 1’s, Play 3’s, and a Playbar - all before S2 but upgradable. In 2020, I added a Move and downgraded it to be S1 compatible.  I don’t use voice command stuff and basically use the system for music.  It’s worked great I recently bought 3 more MOVES for outdoor use.  Before I downgrade them all to be S1 compatible to use with my current system I want to confirm I can upgrade them back to S2 if/when my Play 5 dies or no longer functions. 

just got my pair of Era 300 and set it up as surround for my Arc. After running Trueplay, loud popping sounds on both Era 300 and Arc. I have to turn off the audio source and close the Sonos app to stop the popping sounds. I got the latest firmware. The system works but can’t make use of Trueplay. Any suggestions or same dilemma as me. Thanks. 

Hello sonos , currently I have the an issue of a high pitch noise coming from my Sonos playbar , from research it seems to be a transformer issue which I’m trying my hardest to get fixed.  I have found that these Switching Power Supply Inverter Converter Ferrite Core Custom Transformers can be found on aliexpress for about £50 for a pack of 5. sonos have seemed to be reluctant to fix these issues of high Pitch noise from the transformers and as it seems to be that there was a bad batch of switching power transformers that some how worked there way into supply chain during the manufacturing of these playbars. personally I find it quite annoying that you haven’t offered a replacement power supply board for a fixed price etc for users to replace them or something along those lines.  I have been in contact with countless repair shops and companies to fix this issue I have currently.  I am probably going to try and fix it myself but I will be calling Sonos soon to trying and see if there is

Sometimes I put my hand on the inside of the Sub (Gen 3) while playing a bass track to feel the vibration. Is there any risk of damaging it? Or is it pretty sturdy in regards to what I’ve described?

I am about to purchase an ARC and subwoofer but want to be sure of something.  I currently use a soundbar system from Samsung that connects to the subwoofer and rears on Samsung created 5.8ghz WiFi channel 165.    This worked great for a few years until we moved to a new house with many other homes saturating the upper WiFi channels of 161 and higher, causing the subwoofer and rears to cut out or make noise.If I am reading the SONOS info correctly, as long as I don't connect the ARC by ethernet to my home network the ARC and the subwoofer will connect to my existing home WiFi network and send the sound through that. If I use the ethernet, then it will turn on SonosNet and create its own WiFi which could run into the same interference as the Samsung system I own.  Am I understanding this correctly? I have an ASUS mesh WiFi network with ethernet backhaul. Signal in my home is rock solid in all areas. 

Hi. I’ve bought an era 300 to use with a Pro-Ject E1 phono turntable, but can’t get any sound to transmit at all.  My understanding is that the turntable has a built in pre-amp, so I don’t need a separate one, but no joy so far.  Any ideas please? 

Vocals on the Era 100 sound bad, sort of boxy and harsh.  They sound much smoother on my Play:1’s.  I’ve run True Play.  I’ve noticed this with a single Era100, a stereo pair on my desk, and a stereo pair in my living room.  Any ideas?  Does anyone else notice this?

Hi, I have a gen 1 Symfonisk bookshelf that is connected via UTP to my router which is in my storage room. It is currently my only Sonos device. Because of the location of my router, I would very much like to get rid of the cable. If I recall correctly, the Gen 1 speaker, when used by itself, can only be used when connected via UTP cable. Is that correct? Would adding a Gen 2 speaker (which I believe creates a network wirelessly?) allow me to use the Gen 1 speaker without the UTP cable?  My apologies if I sound completely clueless – I am. My ex bought and installed the speaker and I just hooked it up the way I saw him do it when I moved 😬

What happend?After last update the sound changed and to the worse.Not good at all 😡😡

When playing a song from Apple Music on my Apple TV 4K through my LG C2 to my Sonos Beam (Gen 2), the first 2-3 seconds of the song are missing. This doesn’t happen when the first song ends and it moves to the next song on an album. It’s just the first track initiated.Anyone else experienced this?
