Sub (gen3) Will Not Connect To My Network

I have purchased a sub gen 3 in the hope to connect to my playbar. The sub finds the network, connects and then drops out. I’ve rebooted my router several times but it will not hold the connection. 

 

I have rebooted all devices, reset an everything and reset the router. Still unable to connect. I’ve attempted from iPad, iPhone and iMac - nothing seems to be working. 
 

I am now losing the will to keep the sub as it seems to be a very expensive device which is collecting dust!

 

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

You are following the “Add to System” steps in the app, not the “New System” ones?

Try connecting it with Ethernet to see if that gets you past the setup issues.
