I have a 23 month old Sonos Rome that no longer charges or is responsive in anyway. They have offered me a 30% off coupon. Can’t believe I paid $200 for this!

That is actually a pretty good deal for something 11 months out of warranty.
You might want to consider Sonos’ extended warranties if you want longer coverage.
