I can’t seem to get the app to connect with

my Sonos one speaker…

We need more information. Please tell us message(s) you are getting during setup.


The Sonos app simply does not connect with the Sonos one speaker. I have a Sonos SL speaker and it is connected to the Sonos app.

 


Start by powering down all Sonos, rebooting the router and powering the Sonos back on.
