Efter at være skiftet til Stofa fibernet oplever vi konstant at S2 ikke kan finde vores Sonos One når app afbrydes og vi efter et stykke tid igen vil afspille musik. Har talt med både Stofa og Sonos men uden succes. Sonos One kan hele tiden ses på vores WiFi. Nogen der har oplevet det samme og fundet en løsning? 

Ok, here is a weird one, I’ll lay it out as simply as I can, moved into a new house:Router is at the front of the house.  2 x Play 1 in a Stereo pair (Bedroom, upstairs) 1 x Playbar (Lounge, downstairs) 1 x Play 1 (Summer house, at the far end of the garden at the back of the house). All speakers connected via wifi, nothing wired in.The bedroom pair and the lounge playbar are within the strong wifi signal zone.The summer house speaker is riiiiiiight at the furthest point of the wifi, right where the signal is about to drop off and sits at ‘poor’. Sometimes it does drop off completely, thats how far away it is from the router.Now, the system used to work fine but in the last couple of weeks (since I updated the app), performance has been tricky. Essentially the app can’t find the system at all - but only if I open the app in the house where the wifi is strongest. I picked up an ‘untested’ CR200 - intending to use it with some old S1 speakers.Charges and holds its charge well, but the touch screen isn’t functioning, (at least at the bottom) so I am unable to connect it to my network.Having searched in vain for repair guides etc, I realise this is likely to be a dead end, which is sad because it is in otherwise excellent condition.My only thought now, would be to see if i could use it for a trade-up, but the Ts and Cs indicate it needs to be connected to a system in order to be eligible.is there any way I can connect it to my network/speakers, or anything else I could do with it ?  

Why can’t I connect to my Sonos Bridge?  When I first purchased it worked great. it was connected to a laptop that died. when i got a new laptop it seemed it was looking for the old. i also used iphone and Ipad, which worked great with old laptop.  it now kept saying trying to connect to network devise. now i have brand new apple and new router, but can not connect. software says product not found. Move closer.  What do I do...? 

DearsI was ripped off whilst I was selling 3 Play:1 second hand.I don’t have any contact details of the guy, but I have the serialnrs of the Play:1If I file a complaint at the local police, could Sonos disable these PLAY:1 as the are still listed in my system.  rgds Luc 

First time here.I have tried to sort through all of the posts and comments on this. Still cannot seem to figure out how to get my playlists, which I exported individually from ITunes in individual XML, and placed them into my NAS MyCloud file which has all of the the music. Music moved seamlessly into and is accessible on the NAS.  For some reason though the XML files will not import.  Does anyone have any step by step for idiots guide?

I'm confused over the upgrade discounts.I knew when S2 was announced, those that were not compatible got the 30% upgrade and i have 2 of those. But i now also see a Connect Amp, another Connect that are the newer versions OK with S2, giving 15%off. Why is that?Will the newer Connect Amps and Connect that are good for S2 now, somehow be no good for S2 in the future, and its Sonos way to try and get you off them now? Or can I be confident they will always be ok on S2 app? 

Is it possible to combine ARC under TV & Beam behind the couch? 

I’ve noticed in the last month or so - dialog seems to be very muffled on my Arc (paired with a Sony X900H). It seems to be consistent across sources. Very noticeable in Netflix with 5.1 audio - changing to Stereo mostly fixes it, but not perfect. Also notice it with Discovery+.

Last week my Sonus One stopped accepting my Alexa command to play BBC Radio Two. If i say “Alexa, ask the BBC to play RADIO two” The speaker plays the “BBC Sounds” but nothing is played. If i say “Alexa open BBC Sounds” Speaker then says “BBC Sounds Ask for news or the name of the Radio Station” Nothing i say plays anything.I have factory reset everything unlinked everything and re-joined everything but nothing makes a difference. It has been working fine for months.To play BBC Radio Two i open the App and find it there. Alexa works for other stuff like “alexa whats the weather like) . Any pointers of where to look next?

Hi there all,I recently purchased a new 65” Sony 4K 120HZ TV to maximize my gaming and theatre experience at home. Come to find out, in order to get the 4K 120HZ gameplay, the Xbox Series X must be plugged into the eARC port….. the port that the Sonors Arc is already plugged into.What is my workaround here? Is there one? 

Hello everyone,TL;DRCannot set the Roam as the Alexa-enabled device for any room in the Alexa app (unlike all other mic-enabled Sonos products)DetailsJust got the Roam today. I set it up, enabled Alexa on it and I added the Roam to a room within the Alexa app. I can properly play music on the Roam and it responds to Alexa just fine.I am having an issue however.Normally in the Alexa app (I'm using Android), for any room, you can set which device is the 'Alexa-enabled device' so that when you say 'Alexa, turn on lights' it only turns on lights for that room. I have 6 other rooms set up this way through-out the house using a variety of Sonos speakers (one uses a Beam, another an Arc, another a Move, the rest using Ones).For some reason I cannot do this with the Roam. It doesn't show up in the list of Alexa-enable devices.In case of an oddity I actually removed Alexa from all my Sonos speakers, disabled the skill in the Alexa app and deregistered all Sonos devices from Amazon and then adde

I already had:2 Connects (S1)1 Bridge - probably unnecessary?Play 5Play 1Happy enough with this set-up but for a big birthday, I was gifted a Move. Added the move and later in the day it transpired that the Play1 is now incompatible.No, I don’t want to trash and upgrade and why run a split system? I see no read benefits of S2Although music does come out of the Play 1, to say the least it has random control and I suspect it got updated to S2 and now stands alone so do I need to factory re-set it and re-add to my Sonos App? By the way, I mostly use an Android control app called Macronos because I found it added functions that Sonos didn’t bother with such as proper control of which devices fire up and at what volume when I create alarms and the ability to have home page short cuts such as Stop all and downstairs play Virgin Radio. It has served me well in the absence of a standalone controller which I would have liked in addition because I don’t want life dependency on my mobile phone! M

I like seemingly many others have a broken port. Today I unplugged it to install a new TV and now it won't stay put and falls out. Are these easily replaced? The playbar is perfect apart from this crappy component which appears to have fallen apart. I know it was lose a couple of years ago but now it needs replacing. Can these be replaced easily or is it part of a board? I really don't expect such poor component from a high priced product. Thanks in advance

I am switching out my old sound/speaker system in my 1400 sq. ft. hair salon.  No more ceiling speakers (6).   What I need is help with the system, I’m completely confused.  Do I need the Five Wireless and then bundle with several OneSL?  If so, how many?  They will be installed on top of the styling tower stations.  Thanks for your help!

I have a hardwired Connect, and various WiFi speakers (Sonos 1, Play 3 and Playbar). System has been working fine up until recently, but I now have an issue connecting to my Sonos system from the S1 controller and Spotify from my iMac (High Sierra 10.13.6). The S1 controller connects the first time after a start-up or restart, but if I quit, or the computer goes to sleep the app can’t connect back to the system, Spotify lists all my devices but these are always greyed out and cannot be used.I can’t honestly said when this started as I’ve only just noticed it in the past week. I use both the Sonos S1 App and Spotify App on my iPhone and iPad most of the time, and I have no problems connecting using these smart devices.I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting variables; turned off the modem, unplugged my broadband connection and all devices several times, checked ethernet cables etc. Smart device Apps continue to work perfectly, so there can’t be an issue with my WiFi, my desktop doesn’

How could I move a Bridge and Sound bar to another room?(I may have incompatibility problems between S1 and S2. I want to maintain version S1 but maybe these equipement has been automatically upgraded to S2) 

I recently bought a new MAC and updated to S2 in Sonos.  My music library consisted of CDs that I ripped into iTunes and LPs that I digitized and downloaded into iTunes.  All these wma4 files are kept in one main folder on an external hard drive.  I was able to connect S2 to the library but the songs that I digitized myself are not connected to their artists or to their album titles; there’s just a long list of songs that are listed alphabetically.  What do I have to do to get S2 to recognize the tracks in the format that I need to make them playable in a useful way?  I’ve contacted both Apple and Sonos Tech Support but neither of them were any help, both saying that it wasn’t their problem.

Hi all Received my Sonos Roam yesterday and have been using AirPlay successfully from my 2008 iPad Pro, no issues. I have however tried tonight to stream audio from my M1 Mac Mini running Big Sur 11.3 and although the speaker shows up and also shows what is playing, no audio comes out of the Roam. The screenshot below shows the audio output as the Roam and the title of the video in the Sonos app, see below.  I’ve seen a post about this saying check system requirements but I hit all those with the latest Mac Mini. Anyone else out there that can test or provide an answer?

I use the Calm app every night to help my son drop off to sleep. Tonight Sonos said it was unable to browse the Calm app. I removed the app service and tried adding it again. I was asked to authorise the app by signing in (I was already signed into the paid for version of the app). The sign in page just kept looping and wouldn’t accept my login. Each time it took the login it then recycled to the blank login page and Sonos said it was unable to add the service. Any ideas?

Hello Everyone...I am looking at a Andover Audio SpinBase amp/speaker for a spare bedroom. My turntable will be connected to the Spinbase amp/speaker which I’d like to connect to the Sonos system in my house. There is only a Line Out and Headphone Out on the SpinBase. Both are single 3.5mm outlets. Can I connect a Play 5 using just one 3.5 mm cable from the SpinBase to the Play 5 to connect my vinyl to my house Sonos system? Thanks. 

Graag ervaring van personen die al de roam gebruiken. Volgens verschillende topics zie ik veel klachten betreffende batterijduur die geen  10 u en ook geen 10 dagen in stand-by. Klopt dit ? Of zijn er gebruikers die hier geen problemen mee hebben? Mod Edit: Added English translation:Like experience from people who already use the roam. According to various topics I see many complaints regarding battery life that is not 10 hours and not 10 days in standby. Is this correct ? Or are there users who have no problems with this?  

Hi! I would really love to join the Sonos ecosystem, but I feel like Android is only rudimentarily supported, Sonos advertises Trueplay and AirPlay like two of the main features - but doesn’t provide a similar feature set for Android. Are there any plans to support Android fully in the future?

Ok, need some helpnew house:34 in ceiling speakers all wired up to media closet7.1 surround set up one room wired to media closetwant ceiling speakers to play TV SOUND IN  7 of the rooms so assuming I will use HDMI ARC ON THOSE AMPS but want amps to all be in media room which is quite a run to the respective rooms so how do I use the ARC from that distance and not run new HDMI FROM MEDIA CLOSET AMPS TO TVS? 17 potential zones  bit crazy but 17 AMPS? Basically speakers in all the rooms not including two more zones for back yard.one connect for receiver Seems nuts    

Hi, over the past 2 weeks I have noted that my Beam no longer is listed in my system on app (move showing) however is shown on my wife’s app within the same system. we both have iPhones (me 12, wife 8). I have reset the move and router umpteen times but no chnage. (Sometimes when I reset the router the beam is shown, however disappears again next time I use the app)very frustrating so any help would be greatly appreciated
