Hi 

My Sonos move configuration is not stable.

 I tried several times to reset and reconfigured it, but it doesn’t work at all even if I follow Sonos recommendations.

please someone could help?

Have you tried rebooting your router? What router are you using? Is the Move charged? Are you able to connect to it over Bluetooth?


Yes I did too, still impossible to reconfigure and use my Sonos Move...


Move must first be connected on the wifi then you can connect with Bluethoot

 


Battery must be full charged because always on the base…
